- McBiff is an artist who has worked for Disney, Stone Brewing, and a bunch of other high profile clients. He came over for cocktails on the 4th of July and while he's not a trained cocksmith, he stumbled upon this cocktail.
To make the the drink in the video you will need:

1oz orange
3/4oz lemon
3/4oz lime
1oz Eldorado 12 (Demerara rum)
1oz Appleton 12 (Dark Jamaican rum)
1oz Havana Club (Gold Puerto Rican rum)
1/4oz cinnamon
1/2oz Demerara
1/2oz Falernum
A dallop of coconut goo

Mix on high with pebble ice for about 10 seconds. Add ice and shake (?!) Then mix again for 5 seconds (???) Pour into a streamed pilsner glass. Garnish with an orange slice and bunch of mint.

there's something to be said for "Hey, let's just grab all the ingredients the other bartenders keep reaching for, and make a cocktail with all those ingredients and see if it's good." And it turned out great!

I made these yesterday for some friends, and it was flicking delicious!!! Dangerous, too, for that matter. I'd forgotten that you had named it, so I went with The McBiff Stumble, taken from the video description.
As a 4XL man, I will say, it is nice when the shirt is a bit long in the sleeve and stomach. I feel like a lot of us large men like to wear these shirts because of that. Wish I could be at the event to snag one of those green beauties. Love the show!

Dude! So I'm on my 2nd McTiki, and it's really a freakin' good tiki drink! I mean, OK, I get the story of McBiff not liking tiki drinks all that much and seeing the stuff on Spike's bar when he went to create his own cocktail, but this combination of ingredients and their proportions was the result of some thought. So in other words, while I appreciate the humility, McBiff, you really came up with a good one here! Kudos!

The reason it's so good is because it's a variation on a Pearl Diver using the sweetened coconut cream and cinnamon syrup in place of the gardenia mix and splitting the lime into lemon and lime.
Dude, as a fellow cork aficionado, I've been meaning to put it out there that the Rolls Royce of corks in my book is Don Q Reserva 7 rum. It's also a fantastic alternative to Bacardi 8, and has taken it's place on my back bar. Check it out when you run out of your current stash!
I love Don Q Reserva 7 but the most extravagant cork has to be from the Plantation XO bottle.

@@BreezewayCocktailHour Dos Maderas 5 + 5 dark rum has a very nice aesthetically pleasing cork as well, although not quite as majestic as the Plantation XO. However, as for the rum itself it is truly one of the finest tasting sipping rums I've tried. Highly recommended!

Thank you for the explanation of cocksmith vs. cocktologist. I love McBiff. I feel like he needs to step up his garnish game, though. I was expecting him to do some neat orange peel garnish. Something trimmed into a figure maybe.

I tried Cinnamon Schnapps in lieu of cinnamon syrup in a Zombie... Didn't work. Tasted like fake cinnamon.
I'd try a McTiki but I don't have the requisite rums. No Demerarra syrup either.
