I frequently fly in and out of Chiang Mai airport and I can give you a rough estimate. After landing expect a short taxi 5-8 mins from the runway to the gate. From the gate irs a very short 1 minute walk downstairs to baggage claim there you can expect anywhere between 5 - 20 mins for your bags depending on luck. After that leave throgh the door and you're out of the airport in less than 5 minutes. Assuming you're flying domestic. 😊
