Honestly I don't mind the attack rate as much as his survivability problem. 4 seconds guaranteed freeze is great to execute some cool rush strats and all too and he got range to back up his long attack rate but the fact that he still only has 1 knockback is SO bad, it hurts him like crazy

Bit of a hot take: Metabuster going from near-useless to situationally ok is good enough for me. However, I do agree that there are better TFs to use your Behemoth Crystals/Stones on and that his TF is at a low priority to get.

I think he should target all traited enemies instead of just 2 because that would make him a whole lot more useful and kind of a niche generalist, while still having flaws
I honestly feel weird because ever since Filibuster originally came out, I look at him having this glitcha-fied outlook and then later filibuster tf has him being glitcha-fied

You can treat it like Cyberpunk DPS, Its a support unit, But its huge range makes it somewhat decent chip damage if bruteforce isn't working against a backliner or something.

I feel like KB would have been great on him, knock enemies back and freeze to prevent enemies from pushing too hard into his range

It still probably won't help with how long you're locked out of this upgrade, but again, once you do, you'll probably know why the massive buffs were deserved.
I think some legends still don't get as much of buff anyway, but in my opinion, Filibuster is specific niche.

Meta Filibuster is the JP name. There's chance that they go by Filibuster Z on EN version
I think a few special units get talents, if all the big ones get it (like Bahamut, Valkryie, stage reward ones, Filibuster), Filibuster should at least get shorten attack time (if that even exists for a talent) &/or more knockbacks (no idea if that exists either)
nah there are no talents like that, but they can give him survive lethal strike or maybe longer freeze

If I had to give talents, I would add:
*Dodge and Lethal Strike*
This could give Filibuster a better chance of survival on the battlefield.
*Target Only*
I don't know if this ability exists as a talent, but if he had it it would be something useful for him since he would always aim towards his niche and not waste his attack on pawns or other enemies that approach, this is good since Filibuster attacks very slowly and wastes his attacks make him obsolete. This might work on some levels to stack a lot of them before a boss
*Massive damage*
If he manages to make his attack, at least he does good damage to the enemy, I don't know if Insane Damage can be used as a talent, but if so, I would add that instead of Massive Damage: Filibuster at level 50 has 54,000 attack, with Massive Damage it would do 162,000 damage, with Insane Damage it would have 270,000

Can't wait for the other units because I was already expecting this TF to blow chunks. Like don't get me wrong huge glow up but that's not that hard when you're already bottom of the barrel.

I really wish they gave him some forward Omni like why can't he have it it would fix so much and I also don't understand why he can't have more knockbacks I know they game him only one so he doesn't get interrupted but if they really wanted that they could have given him tough against or something

I think PONOS was trying to make filibuster into a high risk, high reward kinda unit, especially with his TF, considering he has large standing range and has guaranteed 4s freeze, which is pretty big, considering other CC units tend to have short CC but fast attack, or long CC with slower attacks. However, with his low DPH/DPS, only having 1 knockback, and a 12s attack animation, it just lets him get bullied into submission too much, as he either misses since the enemy got knocked out of range, or is rushed down and deleted/knocked back (like with M Ost) before he can freeze the enemy for other units to fight back. maybe if his omni had better reach, kinda like God cat, so his long attack animation isn't completely wasted if the enemy is pushed away by your other attackers, then it might be better, along with more knockbacks, but yeah... real sadge

@@mrcatthewidest most of them gain more stats against relics/behemoth and colossus bonus. Remember he is still an anti white freezer and good range, can stop buffed master A or sloths to allow A Bunhat to get some hits

Kind of annoyed that they didn’t decide to make him viable yet. Now this means there’s even less chance in the future he’ll get made better. But you’re right though; they might make him the primary counter to some new enemy

Well… PONOS work hard to try to save him from useless… but yea, you got all accurate point… now you can use him as you want for kinda crazy stupid strategy for white, relic, and surge enemies… Now… WE WILL WAIT FOR LORD OF DESTRUCTION GET IT OWN TRUE FORM!!!!!
I think they gave it surge immune and target relic because floor 50 of infernal tower could be released in 12.0!

Nahhhh he's gone from Mecha Frieza to METAL COOLER now, with the full orange coloring (opposite to Metal Cooler's blue coloring). PONOS should've given Filibuster revive to hammer home how the Big Gete Star enabled him to cheat death.
