    Take Dak late, and you will be stacked at WR & TE and later you can afford to take one of the rookie qbs to hedge his contract. Great Vid. Thanks

      Thank you. And I like that plan.

      So take Ferguson in rds 7-8 while hoping Dak is still at 5-6?

      @@rlouie05 On ESPN platform Dak is a rd 7-8 pick. The elite qbs go in rounds 4 and 5. Let your league mates use those rounds while you are stacking up an elite TE and an extra upper tier WR. I am talking a 10 man ppr league. Should have specified.

      @@Maximuss44 Dallas D gives Dak more snaps than most teams as they were 4th in least time of possession for opposing teams. At the same time, no Ceedee makes things really testy given the latter needs a few weeks to re-acclimate to NFL speed even if dude is doing offsite workouts.
      Sometimes a run on QBs start as early as the 5th rd. Would you then still hold until at least the 7th if even Love, Stroud, Richardson, Burrow, Murray and even Purdy were gone all withdraw in a round like some of my 1-QB PPR leagues?

      @@rlouie05 I think you still have to adapt to each draft, but from what I have seen people are really gun shy on Dak. I am pretty sure he was a top 5 qb last year in ppr leagues.

    CeeDee & Dak stack comes with risk as we don't know when his WR will sign and start shaping up, hence we'll wait until the 2nd or 3rd rds for Mr. Holdout, then see if Prescott is still there towards the end of rd 5, early 6 for us.
    So we're also hoping Dak is a contract year phenomenon too here?
    If we whiff on most Dallas starters, there's always getting Dowdle as he's likely a RB2/3 type down the stretch unless Zeke has a renaissance year.

      Even if Lamb holds out into the season, I doubt we see him drop out of round 1

      @rlouie05 25 дней назад

      @@TheFFSanctuary That's asking quite a bit to see our Rd1 pick occupy a bench slot for possibly weeks.
      Do we draft Brandin Cooks as insurance then?

    • @TheFFSanctuary
      @TheFFSanctuary  25 дней назад

      More just that I’d take a WR in R2 as well. But I wouldn’t worry about it too much. Lamb will be out there. Trending positively.

      @@TheFFSanctuary CD now signed, guess CMC/Hall/Bjian & Lamb dreams have been put to bed & we need to set sights on other RB-WR combos for our 1-2 draft punch if we can get CD to pair with Dak.
      As for Dak, I’m hoping he doesn’t get his extension so that getting him in rd 6 will come with added incentives for him to excel, aka contract-year phenomenon.

    Dak will probably be a useful QB for a handful of games or so. But a league winner seems a bit too optimistic.

      0.1 points per game behind Josh Allen for half a season, he already was a league winner
