LYRICS “Go with the flow,” that’s what they say No ripples or waves or currents today What of tomorrow? I wanna find out Forget about clearing my mind out Cast a line out, reeling in only deafening silence, A directionless breeze is making a way through the trees that’ll sway if only for a lack of defiance That’s where my mind is, not gonna be easy to find it, Reason behind it, reflection-less me has still gotta know What direction my current will go, so Dreamers like me can croak on repeat, but if I can’t sing, I won’t even try If the purpose of life is evoked from the surface of still-moving water, I’m closing my eyes A second can feel like an hour, I wanna be caught in a storm, not a shower Something significant, magic, magnificent Powerful, drowning in chaos, it’s imminent, isn’t it? After a while, adrenaline dies and I wonder again, what’s it feel like, looking up at the blue sky? Heavy rain in my heart with tomorrow on my mind I’m finding that everyone outside is grasping the meaning just out of my reach Reciting the rhymes that carry a meaning I can’t bend into speech Watch an aimless society idling by, forgotten but happy, but why? Croaking alone by a stagnant stream My life is but a dream. Waiting for a new story Can’t help but think, “How long? How long?” Accelerating tune of life, but for me? Lickety-split kinda movement, better stick to it No kicking back to the days when nothing was moving, my motions became incongruent I’m losing devotion, I don’t wanna face it Pathetically and poetically try to erase it Rinse and repeat again Maybe I’ll rest when I’ve made myself nothing but legendar- Relapse. This Song Opened Up My Eyes So Much. It Made Me Realize Things I Should’ve Realized Before. This Is One Of The Best Songs I Think I’ve Ever Heard. I Cry My Eyes Out Listening To It Sometimes.
First off, thank you SO MUCH for uploading this because I would've never heard it otherwise, and a lot of us wouldnt have. Secondly, this came out in 2021 and I think maybe she was only billed as Karen was out of fear of Hololive getting upset
also thanks for making me check the release date again xD. My dumb brain didn't think about checking the description of that video to see where you could buy it. Now I've updated the description here with the official (i think?) store's link 👍
Satan's Lemonade Stand vol. 2 never came out. She delayed the release date because she had some problems right after moving to Japan and then nothing >->
Yeah mate. Represent. This is right here is my life blood. It held a special place in my heart already and now that feeling is even bigger. And now I’m going to listen to it again. And again and again.
I'm not sure why, but the song reminds me of two song artists... one is "demon Dice" and the Other is " Calliope Mori".... It's not just the voice, but the way it's sung and the style, is similar to the slower songs of both artists..... Not gonna lie, this is reminiscent on how the two artist's style of singing and the voice sounds so similar for me.....
@@tabulasmara , as far as I know, It's not yet confirmed..... But there is a case to be made that they do sound the same, from voice to singing/Raping style.... =-=
LYRICS
“Go with the flow,” that’s what they say
No ripples or waves or currents today
What of tomorrow? I wanna find out
Forget about clearing my mind out
Cast a line out, reeling in only deafening silence,
A directionless breeze is making a way through the trees that’ll sway if only for a lack of defiance
That’s where my mind is, not gonna be easy to find it,
Reason behind it, reflection-less me has still gotta know
What direction my current will go, so
Dreamers like me can croak on repeat, but if I can’t sing, I won’t even try
If the purpose of life is evoked from the surface of still-moving water, I’m closing my eyes
A second can feel like an hour, I wanna be caught in a storm, not a shower
Something significant, magic, magnificent
Powerful, drowning in chaos, it’s imminent, isn’t it?
After a while, adrenaline dies and I wonder again, what’s it feel like, looking up at the blue sky?
Heavy rain in my heart with tomorrow on my mind
I’m finding that everyone outside is grasping the meaning just out of my reach
Reciting the rhymes that carry a meaning I can’t bend into speech
Watch an aimless society idling by, forgotten but happy, but why?
Croaking alone by a stagnant stream
My life is but a dream.
Waiting for a new story
Can’t help but think,
“How long? How long?”
Accelerating tune of life, but for me?
I wish the world would
Hold on, hold on
Rotating how we view reality
the future waits for
No one, no one
I think I’m gonna choose to live carefree
Reset my mind and dance in time to “ordinary”
Sing it now
Croak, croak croak
Shimmering, shining, silver lining, spinning at a break-neck pace dilutes the colors away
Croak, croak, croak
Every time, I’m finding “take it easy does it” feels like a waste until it fades
Sing it now
Croak, croak, croak,
So light up every precious moment, taking your time
Swim in an ocean made of leisurely days
Croak, croak, croak
I’ll float along until the world starts turning again.
Lickety-split kinda movement, better stick to it
No kicking back to the days when nothing was moving, my motions became incongruent
I’m losing devotion, I don’t wanna face it
Pathetically and poetically try to erase it
Rinse and repeat again
Maybe I’ll rest when I’ve made myself nothing but legendar-
Relapse. Long for something amazing
A frog who got bored of the pond it was raised in
Fled to a stream that was running adjacent
Patience? It’s a form of complacence.
Sped up the music, intensified gravity
Gonna be somebody, wanna be, have to be
Happiness? At an uneven pace
But when did my life get so cut-to-the-chase?
Spin on now, a slow and steady rotation
Trace the axis of a failure-bound and watered-down expedition for a perfect place
The ones who laughed beside my voiceless being during trivial days
I twirled my world around so fast, the last of their smiles had shriveled away
Occasional tides come rocketing into me, lost and exhausted, I thought that I wanted it
The ebb and the flow of the slow is a peaceful release to a fish out of water, but
Childish, insincere, instant success-hungry me is fighting back against the crystal clear answer
Waiting for a new story
Can’t help but think,
"How long? How long?"
Accelerating tune of life, but for me?
I wish the world would
Hold on, hold on
Rotating how we view reality
the future waits for
No one, no one,
I think I’m gonna choose to live carefree
Reset my mind and dance in time to “ordinary”
Sing it now
Croak, croak, croak
Shimmering, shining, silver lining, spinning at a break-neck pace dilutes the colors away
Croak, croak, croak
Every time, I’m finding “take it easy does it” feels like a waste until it fades
Sing it now
Croak, croak, croak
So light up every precious moment, taking your time
Swim in an ocean made of leisurely days
Croak, croak, croak
I’ll float along until the world starts turning again.
Now I’ve got a new story
The last is far behind
A river flows one way
The tide does not rewind
Today, my head’s in the clouds
But you know what I say?
When time is standing still
Then it’s a fine, fine day.
Thank you. I love this
If this song is about being success-hungry and facing burnout then it is the most relatable song that i have listened to
i don't know why this stuff isn't anywhere. I'm sure there's a reason but I'm glad a few of us get to hear these tracks :D
I think this album was only sold phyisically, but I'm not sure
The real question is why does this have to go so hard
This is the one I was trying to find. She sang this at the soundcheck at AWA this year. She said it was something of a rare song.
no way, that's amazing
she tends not to acknowledge these old songs publicly that often
The soundcheck was amazing. This was an absolute treat of a song.
How do you find her shows?? I follow her Twitter but I just see them all after the fact

This needs more views
wow this is so good I can't believe this is so hard to find!
Satans Lemonaide Stand Vol 2 is the only thing thats still missing yea?

@@samics347 Damn unlucky, guess we will never hear those bangers. Thanks for the reply.
