- The Butler County Historical Society Home of the Kansas Oil Museum is making strides in educational outreach with the development of an interactive STEM wall inside the newly constructed Energy Education Center (EEC). This project is a significant addition to the museum, emphasizing the importance of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) in understanding the evolution of energy.
Working towards reaching their fundraising goal for competition of the STEM Wall, the museum held a fundraiser “Make Magic Happen” to unveil phase one of the project to donors and supporters.
In this video, Loren Jack, Vice President of the Kansas Oil Museum Board of Directors and STEM Committee Co-Chair, shared insights into the project’s vision and progress.
