    Ragi is rich source of iron .never cook iron rich food with calcium rich food.as calcium inhibits absorption of iron in body.plzz do proper research before uploading anything specially for babies as moms may follow such recipes and may compromise with baby's health.always consult ur doctor or a certified nutritionist .not everything on internet is verified and correct .

      Exactly like in pregnancy we r adviced not to take iron n calcium tablets together..there shd be gap .

      Rolled oats

    • @FusionCooking
      @FusionCooking  2 года назад

      You can use old fashioned rolled oats or steel cut oats. Stay away from flavored oats if you're going to feed them to baby. Thanks!

      If the dates are hard u can pressure cook it for one whistle and then deseed it and grind it to a paste else if the dates are soft u can simply grind it to a paste.

      @FusionCooking  2 года назад

      Yes, we usually dry roast "Quaker old fashioned oats" and let them cool down. Then we make it a powder in blender. We use pasteurized organic milk from store. You can use cow milk but make sure you boil it thoroughly before using in baby fooods. Thanks!
