Questions: 1) if all those “likes” come from the same IP address (owner/employees) is that going to raise red flags with Google? 2) Is there a limit on how many “featured Q&A” Google will show?

we "got ranked" pretty quickly. now we're getting conversion-optimized. hope this clarifies the confusion
