    Im a big time introvert/shy person and decided to get out of my comfort zone and join the army this year. Hoping I can stay motivated. Any advice?

      Motivation is fragile. Build healthy habits through discipline. It’ll help you stick to it even through hard times

    Hey! so like I can barely do one push up and I started going to the gym last month and im getting really discouraged since ii want to build muscle for the marines when I join in a year, any advice or motivation you can give?

      Keep working. If you give up you won’t get stronger. Build habits and stay consistent.
