It's quite fascinating to see how much awareness you had and kept leveling it upwards. I'm 24, and a working professional in IT in India. My question to you is more about general awareness and how to build a mindset to do suh things. For instance you said one should be afraid of applying for a senior role, for me what I had in mind was one need x amount of prolonged time and experience to do so. Thinking in the direction you said was entirely off the charts for me. I tried my best to address my concern, hope to some fruitful response.

Sahil clearly told he was doing on campus jobs as well. so all become 44 hours week. on Campus job doesn't count into 20 hours allowed for student.
