  • This week we visited the Happiest Horses on Earth at their home at Tri Circle D Ranch at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort!
This Disney World resort in Orlando, Florida is home to the self-proclaimed "Happiest Horses on Earth"- and we think they're right! The 86 horses living at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort have it all- nice barn, wonderful outdoor space, plenty of fresh food, and a TON of staff! There are 40 full time staff members to care for 86 animals- which is A LOT!
We saw everyone, from the big Clydesdales who pull the trolleys in Magic Kingdom, to the Percherons who pull Cinderella's carriage to the castle. We even saw some of the newest members of the ranch- baby ponies who met Cinderella themselves!
We have Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and other Orlando theme park adventures Every week, and would LOVE if you would come along with us. Hit that subscribe and bell notification button so you don't miss any of the fun! To contact us, email us at kingdomkeystravel@gmail.com

The draft horses get ridden on days when they're not pulling the trolleys. Merida and Gaston both rode the drafts for the cavalcades.

I believe the picture that you have pop-up is actually Lilly because it was on Disney sites before Obi was born. We visited Tri-Circle D and met Lilly and her mama. I double-checked the birthdate for Obi which is in 2021 and we haven't been to WDW since January, 2020.
