My wife was in fluds of tears watching this. She said it reminded her of us. She cant stand the thought of anyone being alone. Especialy me. This is how I know I love her. She never thinks of herself being alone, only others.
It's also an excellent example of a long scene done perfectly without any dialogue. The beginning of Wolf Children is another really good example of that.

This is the perfect movie for children. I’m sick of children’s movies lacking in depth and plot. Older kids movies had more meaning in them. Up managed to capture that in an entirely different way but I think it’s important because it helps kids to understand life
