Steve McQueen man.
It's so good to see him back with more quality content.
Mangrove is an awesome movie!!! I never knew Darcus Howe and black brits went through such horrible tribulation and harrassment!!!,Steve McQueen is a genius. All the actors on this deserve Brit Awards ...and oscars..Letitia...is simply brilliant!!!
Emmy actually because it is a tv series

His name was Darcus Howe.
This was an absolutely brilliant film... Steve McQueen did it again!
Small Axe is a revelation .....Steve MCQueen deserves honour a for bringing it out
I ❤️🖤💚 Small Axe.
One of the few blessings of 2020. Despite a few legitimate hiccups raised by the People , Steve McQueen did his thang. He did a great job capturing and portraying the love, the beauty, the pain, the food, the music, and the struggle of Black people in Britain and around the world. Small Axe says and shows -We are One! This film solidifies “...as long as you are a Black -woman/man you are an African-“Peter Tosh. No time for” Silly Games” Janet Kay
My favorite movies of all time are inspired movies and this one is in the top ....Steve if your reading .....keep this coming and please please introduces us to the Brazilian martial art masters like Mestre Bimbe and others ❤️
Yes this is how I remember hip hop came to Delaware back in the day and in New York as a child ....good times
if the logo of Trojan Records appears in the title, it will be an amazing serie.
OMG I can't wait to watch this.
really enjoyed this , watched all eposides.
Not available on Amazon BR, why @amazonprimevideo?
Looking forward to this
1 Month late watching this😀Love ur videos❤️
Seria lindo poder ter essa obra prima no catálogo do prime video BR
i'm here for the accents.
Yeah as someone from the West Indies they have a accent that fits well in the film and actually took me by surprise by how well it was done
Some of the Trinbagonian accents (Altheia, Frank, Darcus) could have been a lil bit better but I LOVED what the film represented
The women singing at the beginning gives me Jr. Murvin vibes
Steve McQueen, thank you!!! 💛
I have amazon prime video but I can't watch Small Axe. I've been trying find it on the search bar but it does not work.
1:24 Whoa, does this have something to do with Trojan Records?
Awesome
Cuando vi el nombre de la serie y de lo que trataba, sabía que la canción del gran Bob Marley estaría ahí
"No disponible en tu ubicación".... can't see it in Mexico... Thanks Amazon.
En España tampoco 😭
What about a Vpn?
Is the book “Kings and Queens of Africa for Children” real? If so where can I find it
Looks amazing.
amazon não falha
Winter break.
You will probably hate me for this comment. I'm white and my mum was a qualified nurse and midwife. Since I was a little boy, racism was something I never learned. My first big bear I got was in Antwerp, given to me by black (and not only black) British sailors on leave. (1963) - In Small-Axe I only see black people acting (well acting), no other people and extreme snippets of reality. In the early seventies we went on a school trip to London. What I saw then was completely different to 'Small-Axe'. All colors of people were there, intermingled. In my older age I'm still a child. Races don't exist - only stupidity does. And that goes both ways....
How dark does my skin need to be before I'm allowed to celebrate the achievements of these people?
letitia accent tho
She's Guyanese...so the accent is easy
People forget it. The reason it was called small ax had to do with “big tree records” so small axe had to do with humbling the Orange street record producers
The black struggle was real. Is real. Educate yourselves and the next generation to dismantle the system.
Who's here for the girl from black panther
She is a woman, an adult, not a child.
J'ai fait une vidéo sur "Small Axe" sur ma chaîne, n'hésitez pas à me dire ce que vous en pensez ✌️

Sorry mom I came second, again.
I hope this series is great, like most of Steve's other work, but I'm afraid if it's utter shite, no one will say so.
Mangrove is brilliant.. as told my friends who have watched it so far
First
Everything is great, great cast, except that punk john boyega.
That guy just cant deliver
I hate these types of movies
WHO CARES ABOUT THE PAST MOVE ON STOP MAKING GARBAGE MOVIES ABOUT PAST LETS SEE THE FUTURE WORLD NOT THIS GARBAGE
It is so clunky the accents put you too sleep ,I suppose they are so slow and over pronounced so white people can understand its unwatchable
