- There may be a LOT of characters on the Smash Ultimate roster, but how similar are they REALLY? If we took some close-up screenshots of a variety of characters, could you REALLY tell them apart? We challenged our SMASH PROS to do exactly that!

Ok, just saying I guessed Koopaling for that. Didn't think it was Ludwig, and when I heard them say Palu I thought I was so wrong, but I did guess Koopaling.
I straight up thought it was Palu's shield and the green in the background made me thought of her hair.

Yo that Ludwig one was cheatin' though, the zoomed-in crop had his green face fooling me into thinking it's Palutena's hair and then it's just his mouth skin in the full image
I’m pretty sure I was a different picture because in the zoomed in portion the green was directly adjacent to the rim of the orb but when it was zoomed out his face was a distance away from his wand

You guys did great with the character guessing! For me, I got 13. Tied with Marss! Also, this may sound like a surprise, but I got the Ludwig one right. I saw a little bit of his hair on the top left. And I’m a Koopalings fan, so I was able to spot that pretty quick. I wonder if anyone else watching this also knew it was Ludwig right away. If yes, awesome! 😄

I got 15. Enderman and Ludwig were by far the hardest ones and I missed both of them.

As a Palu main, the way you can tell that it’s not her shield is the grey rim. The actual shield has a gold rim. I wouldn’t have known who it actually was either.
You should make a video where they have to guess the character based on the victory screen line of dialogue.
