Should I include this in my world record attempt?

I’m working towards collecting the most Queen Victoria pennies and submitting that to the Guinness World Records.
One find is questionable as to whether i should or could include it ~what do you think?

It's your collection but I would say only circulating coins should count. It all depends on how you are going to define your record attempt.

yes i think i agree - not sure if they were used to buy goods but i think should not be coins from the mint perhaps
