You may have solved this already, and I know this is probably a stupid question, haha; but ... have you installed the drivers for adb with pixel? I encountered the similar or same problem and it was because hadn't installed the drivers- I just downloaded the adb platform. I found some people giving instructions miss the step of mentioning the need to install the drivers. (munchy indeed mentioned this briefly.) It stumped me because while my pixel 7 was in the OS, and attached to the PC, I could detect the pixel with "adb devices", but I couldn't detect anything using either adb or fastboot when I rebooted the Pixel into fastboot mode. Installing the drivers immediately fixed the problem.
I baught a pixel 6 now it stuck on Cooperhead licence login page.. I m not able to unlock bootloader as device is not working and not able to active developer mode. Please guide me how to unlock and flash it .. I am waiting for your reply

It's not possible at all, Verizon always permanently locks their bootloaders. If you can return your device, you must return it and buy the Google edition if you want OEM unlocking
don't do this... once you do, you can never lock the bootloader again, and all the apps that require a locked bootloader stop working.. not to mention the annoying ass 1 minute wait at every bootup that tells you it's been unlocked.
My Good Sir, there is still a way to re-lock.... We can go the official route Ala LineageOS and create our own Signing keys for our ROM/GSI... This allows us to lock our Bootloader to our own dev keys...
That is not a typical route for the average user. But is why BL unlocking was made possible.... Yes a straight unlock is a very big hole to the wrong people in the wrong environment... But once the Bootloader is unlocked....we should be able to re-lock the Bootloader to arbitrary signing keys that we choose upon re-lock...
