thanks a lot for the awesome resources. I can confirm that after wandering over to so many youtube videos , this is the best and on point.I was facing problems in some boundary questions about the rules that hvnt been discussed on khan academy explicitly ,could you plz guide as to where i can learn them ,also how many bluebook tests can u take in total. is it 6? I am aiming for a 1550+ ,currently my score is 1420(630+790)
Helllooo could you please upload the vocabulary link again?? It was really helpful but for some apparent reason It suddenly shows that the dsat vocabulary folder is empty
I noticed a lot of vocabulary resources in the drive- How important is learning vocabulary to the whole studying process? Is it more important to focus a lot of time memorizing vocab or practice reading/questions? Thanks!
It depends what you need more work on - Vocabulary does come up, but its only one part of the reading and writing section, so I would suggest practice the questions more and work on some vocab alongside as a supplementary thing, but if you're stuck in between both, you probably don't need to allocate as much independent time for memorisation lets say.
@a.d.4916 hey! It took me around 2 to 3 weeks to prepare for it from scratch, I just researched and focused on the main things. Spent around an hour or two per day, that should be ok, maybe you need more or less time depending on your starting level but it's better to spread it out a bit and do targeted practice so you still have time to work on other things/study and have fun :)))
If you are currently running a SAT prep batch, than kindly let me know. I'm eagerly waiting for this. I really need a mentor like you. By the way love and respect from Bangladesh
for the magoosh general vocab builder i cant figure out how to start the levels it keeps saying start the previous level first even if I click level 1 beginner, did you do something else before this for it to let you start? or do you have to pay any money or anything like that?
OMGGG THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS!! also I'm starting from scratch so what’re the main things i need to focus on? and do you think i can prepare enough in a month and still score at least a 1500 in my SAT exam on August 24th?
Hey there, watching and listening to you made me know more about sat but also I have little doubts about it,first of all congratulations for following your dream🎊,I wanted to ask studying aboard need a heavy expense so can we get upto 70% percentage scholarship or any other that can help us financially, how did you cope up with this?I heard if you want to study into ivy you must have extra activities or have olympiad exams, and good marks,so I wanted to ask how did they do selections and how you got into, and if you know in India they is a huge race towards iit mains and advanced if we get these exams, can we be accepted into?thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and helping us out, will be looking out for more ❄️🌈
question for everyone taking SAT. I'm from central America so they don't rlly focus on sats so I figured i;d better prepare from now so that I'm not hopeless in senior year. nothing too indept, just familiarizing myself with what i should know. do you guys get like a guide on what you should know? Like the topics to study. if so please reply 💖💖💖 (in gonna be in 10th grade this year btw but ngl i think my school isn't up to par with other countries)
Very loose - I didn't really plan my studying that well or in depth to be honest, that's just something that doesn't work for me, but I do recommend making a sort of list priority wise with what topic you need to work on and then kind of allocate time and resources to that. The most important thing you should plan alongside the preparation for the specific question types/topics is when you are going to do the official DSAT papers on Bluebook from Collegeboard - there are only 4 so use them as "real exams"to test your progress anc check how you are doing. ALWAYS use the feedback from these exams to guide what you should be working on - e.g. is there a specific thing you consistently get wrong and need to do/is it a silly mistake/why and how to fix it, etc.
Hi, I am Dibakar Adhikary from Bangladesh. I am preparing for the SAT, but I face difficulties with math and English. Some math concepts are particularly hard for me to understand. As a student from a Bangla medium background, I need your help. If I send you some math problems or English passages, would you have time to assist me with them?
@@pastry.024 pretty sure it isnt really vital, depends on what syllabus ur doing. Im in india but im studying the IB curriculum so its already an international syllabus but idk it might matter more for u
@@RiptivaRoy thank you. Yeah I must’ve missed it sorry. Also do what are your thoughts on khan academy for the math section because that’s what I’ve been doing
@@dylanreader5240 I think using khan academy to target your weak points in math is a great tool (and the most effective in my opinion - although this does depend on your current level). Then, use the official CollegeBoard practice exams on bluebook to cross check and see how well you are doing.
