Planting and Digging Potatoes From the Same Seed Potatoes

Potatoes are such a vital crop if you are trying to sustain a food crop from year to year. The biggest problem is keeping the seed stock from year to year. Usually, carrying over seeds for any crop isn't a big deal since storing seeds doesn't take up much room for most crops, but for potatoes, it can be an issue. This is my method of sustaining potatoes from year to year.
