Great video and fantastic build, I league started it and forgot to do any upgrades from like act 7 through yellow maps and it slapped. Only mildly hard part was getting the gems and I just farmed heist early to get the 50c or so needed. One of my best leaguestarts ever. Only challenge has been ailment immunity so thanks for the extinguish on hit tip, didn't know about that. I think gear progression videos would be awesome and super helpful, especially for breakpoints on when/what gear is needed to do various endgame things like t17s, ubers, etc.
Legend, cheers Ventrua. I for one have been loving the build, just working through T14/T15 so not super endgame but having lots of fun. The step-by-step is a great idea, every time I make a build it's a learning experience about how the game works and I probably missed stuff as I went through. I felt like the 150% crit on undamaged mobs was really helpful for clear too. Would LOVE a necrocrafting guide. not just for a pointy stick but also for a FireDamage/+Life shield!

Couple of questions from noob: 1. Is Carnage Heart a better amulet than rare amulet with life/reses and crit multi? 2. In previous POB when we see tree ( on level 9X ) and this Critical Mastery - the one you chose ( or Ruetoo ) is different ( 50% of effect... you inflict with critical strikes ) so which one is better at the final? 3. What exactly does arcanist brand linked with second desecrate? Probably in the future it would be better to wrote in notes how to get higher trigger rate and probably wolud be better for the average players wrote that after gem setup in notes we need to change this ( Vitality for Precision, Arcanist Brand etc...) close to 90 level. Thx for all the work, looking forward to gear progression.
@@lounes7602 just need 14% cdr, for the 7 triggers/s next step is 52 for 10 triggers/sec. Not sure on the desecrate linked with arcanist, I guess to make more bodies around bosses, it does seem to down them faster.
Been a pretty good league start with the build. I don’t have as much time to play anymore as I used to, but having a good time still. I enjoyed this guide as I’m basically right where you are at this point so now I know where to go with it.
I love your build and I played one in this league. but I have a question: why is Polaric Devastation Opal Ring necessary? I saw it almost equal to Gifts from Above ring.

i’m in the same boat, tried to swap around lvl 50 to see after buying my gems and a foil and flask, feels a bit clunky because i don’t have much atk speed yet
@@grimacetv You'll suffer a bit until all your gems are leveled as well. If anyone reads this, I wouldn't recommend swapping before 68 at the very least. 50 is too early for the build to feel any good.
If you are in SSF, I recommand trying to setup incandescent heart + divine flesh. You can craft an ok shield with the necropolis. T17s are much more farmable with this setup, then you can farm yoke Great video thks for the update :D

HI. Good video. I am not sure what I am doing wrong but it seems I am not 100% crit chance. . my gear is not great but not bad. Any info will help. I also feel a little squish. Sorry but I am not loong time player. Still have to learn quite a bit
I found I could transition into the CoC swap much sooner than the guide says. For example, you don’t need the quality gem stuff. It might be good to update that part of the guide to reflect the absolutely necessary stuff so people can swap sooner because the swap is infinitely better than the previous skill set.
Would love to understand a little more about the defensive layers. I feel kinda weak early, not 100% sure why but would love to hear your thoughts and what the step by step after the conversion where the main changes are
would love to see a list of items sorted by priority to get first , because personally I can understand DPS increases per item but some items have other effects which increase other stats which I cant inherently see at first .
Another PoB gotcha for a new player was setting the Count on DD to 5. Was pulling my hair out wondering why DPS with crater as soon as I imported my gear and skills when what I had was close to equivalent. Turns out it was this.
I was literally like, well i cant afford the 10 div upgrade for the polaric ring but what can i use my 2 div's for so i can clear read maps, this video answered, i need correct amulet anoint and swap my shield for one that has free 50%+ fire damage and crit multi. i bet ill stomp red maps now. Great video!

Been playing this build since leaguestart, i couldn't be happier with it, i reached t16 on such a low budget, now i am saving money for a yoke. Best build i've ever played
I'm pretty much at this stage of the build, 1 spectre, slightly bad sword, still at defensive shield, no death rush and no Uber lab, still on a 5 link I feel quite squishy and my damage is not that good as expected, I didn't manage to kill on my own black star and the other boss (I usually do it easily with LA Deadeye). I don't know what I'm doing wrong
Uber lab and a 6th link are huge for the damage. I felt the same way till I got my uber lab and then it felt a lot better. So, I would focus on those two things as soon as possible then start looking at getting a better sword.
Just spent an hour trying to figure out why when I import my "skills" tab it showed incredibly low dps, you have to increase the detonate dead of chain reaction count to 6 while also setting up lancing steel of spraying on the left column to "All projectiles hit"
It's definitely more useful to have a build progression, thank you for it. If people are complaining, which I think would be a very small minority, then you could make an endgame video but also make the progression ones as those would help out the most people
Gave me a smooth league start, black morigan is also nice to pair with the beast dupe scarab so you can 6 link and triple split a base, sold one crafting byproduct for 10d
prepping gear for this build atm - found some great glove temple mods with the increased crit when shocking / lightning res mod. does it work with 3 dragons?
Thoughts on how to scale damage, other than reaching next cooldown recovery step. In SSF we don’t have access to awakened coc, so we’re kinda stuck after reaching the max trigger cap.
I have about 40 divs and I dont know if I'll be able stay sane farming legions with ele hit deadeye for long enough to buy headhunter. Would you suggest this build or hexblast if I wanted to do T17s and ubers on my 2nd character? If I have to farm more money that's fine.
Another question (not specific to the video), for the gloves is there a reason you go for Armor/Evasion hybrid? Spell Suppression is much more easy to acquire on a pure evasion base. Gloves also have very low value in the defense rating value. I can't see any reason to go for AR/ES, but maybe I am missing something.
I thought the best lvl for battered foil was 77 cause thats the unlock lvl for the highest tier crit/AS so you're limiting the amount of mods you can roll total, instead of 83 maybe im wrong
Hey Vent, do you have the recipe/corpses you used for the foil? Trying to use craftofexile but the best outcome is still an annul attempt to remove a suffix for Hits Can't Be Evaded craft
loving this build. Would the energy shield mastery " 30% of Chaos Damage taken does not bypass Energy Shield" work instead of the 10% phys reduction on full life? If I am having trouble with chaos resists, would the latter be better for me?
Even when updating my PoB as you stated (enemy corpse life at 70000, all projectiles, etc.) my Full DPS damage is still only showing 800k. I'm at level 90 also and have most of the gear.
Since Call to Arms only works with one call now, what are you placing in the free gem slot? Looks like there are actually two free gem slots in the PoB.
Can you explain how to craft the Cluster jewels in the next Video? I was looking at craft of exile but it seems redicilously impossible to get all 3 (sadist, Prismatic heart, disorienting display) on an "increased fire dmg" base
@@I.M.Bogdan93 Cold (lightning ) *resistance* is the only mod with a cold (lightning) tag, the 3 skills you want have elemental tag. So this reforge just guarantees a mod you dont want. Or am i missing something? Thats what happened at least when i tested it in craft of exile
@@shaaps99 yes all 3 skills have elemental tag,Sadist,Prismatic,Disorienting Display so reforge cold or lightning,you can reforge fire to but there is a passive skill with fire tag so most likely you get that
Died so much running this build running through the acts but once my first Div dropped in white maps, I managed to get a few solid upgrades and now ripping through reds with a multi div build. Just got my 3rd void stone tonight
Sorry you felt the campgin was rough, will consider making the campaing build tankier next time around, the problem is just that we had to travel all the way to shadow/ranger area
@Ventrua this was actually my first time running Arma crema to level and it felt great. Maybe drop in a note about swapping to purity of elements in a6 until your gear improves, but there was enough resist on the tree that I didn't need to.

I took Careful Conservationist in the tree with a 25% flask charge on crit mastery, I like having flasks up more often in all scenarios. I also rolled them all for charge on crit, and enchanted them all for use when full. I guess I played too much PF to give up on flasks... xD
@@a11ornuthin It feels ok to me, all flasks refill quickly, but don't take my word for it, I'm a noob (although with 5k hours played haha), so just because it feels ok to me doesn't mean it actually is ok :D
Would it be possible to get a break down of the end game versions (Dan/Rue combo) crafting if you go that route? The shield in that looks like pure pain to craft, and i've yet figure out a good way to make it through the emulator.

Can swap rezist with harvest, cold to fire then lightning/ crit against shocked enemy to cold rezist will be dmg against chilled enemy

I was feeling the extinguish, I ran out of currency early on and it was left on my gloves. that 15% does hella work

I tried one t17 with that gear and it was already ok, I am sure it's gonna be even better with good gear
I was able to complete a t17 around day 3 of the league with the starter gear. I think it’s more abt knowing what mods you can or can’t do tbh.

how do you go about getting the clusters for this? do you craft them yourself? if so how because each one being 25-30d seems a little steep

Love the video, I'm struggling to understand how are you generating charges? I assume Endurange is from Enduring cry but what about power and frenzy?

You also need to set your Detonate Dead in skills tab to count 5 and activate "include in full dps" above that

The campaign is just a lot harder in general this league because of the unskippable league mechanics. I'm not sure it's the build that's an issue.

how do you define in pob what spectres you have, so it can properly calculate dps?
