    Full on Buckethead mode ftw. Delighted to have the name chosen and it looks like i'll have to get my own Buckethead in the near future. Just need to do some creative accounting to get it passed by the wife. Video and riding on point, good job. Tight rides and smooth lines.

    i have the HT and HS, both with 2200 Wh. i prefer my HS because i ride 90% streets and only weight 185lbs with gear. in my testing, ive noticed the HS is more efficient by about 10-15%. and yes i would love to hear your opinions on the two. also a video comparing tires would be nice. they make such a huge difference to a wheel

    • @coolhawk2003
      @coolhawk2003 3 года назад

      I would say cause the ht accelerates faster using more power to get to your cruise speed. I think the ht maybe have more wraps in the motor so it may have a higher walt motor. Plus if the ht top speed it 60 and you cruise is 40 then its like 2/3 of the power or a higher amount then hs with top speed of 80 and cruise 40 is only 2/4. Maybe more of the first option because I say to maintain speed probably about the same but its something to think about.

    good vid & great synopsis. despite everything new, we go full circle back to something old. crazy it is! it would be interesting if you can do a MSP vs V12 to see how the newest compares with the best of the oldies.

    as my first one.

    Thanks for your usual good content and yes, thumbs up for an HS vs HT comparison. I bought an early production RS HS. Wanted the HT, but due to a miscommunication, wound up with the HS. The RS was in storage for several months and I rode a V11 in the interim. I was glad to get the RS back. The V11 lacked the RS's power and I prefer the lower pedals on the RS.

    • @TouYouber
      @TouYouber 3 года назад

      but don't you miss the suspension after riding the v11? Isn't the ride way more comfortable on it? I would love to have the comfort of the v11 and the power of the rs... Something like a v11f

    • @arevee9429
      @arevee9429 3 года назад +1

      @@TouYouber Yes, the comfort of the V11 is better, but I'll still take the lower pedals and increased power of the RS over that comfort for most circumstances.

    Would love to see a comparison between HS and HT with emphasis on ride quality differences! For example, how much does it affect acceleration and braking? For city riding is it valuable to have the ht, or will the average road rider not notice the difference. What if the rider doesn’t like to use powerpads, is one better than the other? Thanks for the consistently good content, I really appreciate your takes and your goofy personality!

    Yes, I had a "Brown-out" on my MSP HT at 35 mph here in Los Angeles 1 month ago. Even fully armored, I'm not going to be fully recovered for another month at least. The wheel is another story. Bent rim. Eeek! Looking at the V12 for when I'm recovered. Safely is more important to me now. LOL!

    Thanks for the review! I’ve always had my eye on the RS19 HT as a heavier rider, but the poor waterproofing is always a bummer, especially since their older shell designs in the MCM, Tesla, and Nikola seem to be pretty decent in water proofing, but the recent wheels in RS, EX/N, and MonPro seems like it’s not even considered at all. Ah well, just gotta keep on upcoming wheels and keep up the faith they’re working to that ideal combination.

    my legs would give out with one jump, i sacrificed the power for the s18 suspension. still super happy with it. plus the torque to get up an incline that steep didn't matter to me since it would still be a slow and pretty uncomfortable climb anyway. id rather just stick to hitting roots, rocks, bumps, and not too steep ramps and getting some epic air that way. i have flat feet as well so hill climbing is the MOST uncomfotable position for me anyway. me feet start screaming if im going up hill for too long never mind a really steep hill.
