Cutting to the chase, folks, start here. 00:57 The idea is to gather the lining above the zipper between the two tracks and pulling it *tight* in the direction above the zipper; then squeezing everything firmly between two fingers. Keeping it taut, firmly tug the zipper down. Immediately came free.
