Hi Steve & Emma, I've recently found your channel and love looking round show homes so now I can do it from my sofa! One little problem with the sound when its you guys on camera - it's really quiet and even on full volume on my laptop I struggle to hear , this may be just me. Love what you do.
Sink should be tons bigger for that size home. Perhaps there is a choice?

Kitchen unit layout is small should have move the windows/frenchdoor around to give a u-shape
Does anyone know of Milford that has had its garage converted?
We liked the upstairs but thought the layout downstairs was not great
Every room is a odd shape which makes max room dimensions deceptive as rooms are smaller than the figures imply. I wish David Wilson would like some other developers give the sq ft total for their homes so potential buyers can more easily tell how big a home they are getting for their money.
As far as layout goes I am not a fan of the current trend to have the cloakroom under the stairs and with no window. Also no fan of the space above the stairs being used for upstairs cupboards and the upstairs hallway as a result having no windows.
Also dislike the glass above the front door. I think the downstairs hall would benefit from a front door with a larger glass area to it, rather than the small bits of glass on the door and the strip of glass above the door.
