    Nice house. I've been round that one myself. The garden is a bit small though.

    Lovely house, such a shame Mrs Know it all, who cant cook, has to shout Steve down when he was explaining about the ovens.

    Watch out for the real finish on a Linden Home. 10 weeks of stress and one ruined Christmas after completing on our new house from Linden Homes, they’ve ALMOST finished tidying up the shocking mess (#snagging) they left us with. Looking forward to enjoying our new house without the daily disruptions and mess. Shame this is business as usual for them and they felt that no compensation was deserved

      BTW Emma and Steve, my wife and I love your channel and were so pleased you went to see a Linden Homes Pilsgate show home because we bought off plan and weren't near a show home. Keep up the good work :)

      I totally agree with you. I went to see a new development in Brickets Wood. I visited their showroom. The house looked nice but the quality of kitchen and bathrooms were cheap like B&Q or Wickes. The price was 1.32million for a 5 bed. For that price you would expect some quality. The doors were paper thin and the boiler was a cheap crap one. For 1.32 million, no underfloor heating and tiny rads. Really disappointing!
