THANK YOU for posting this!! You all are the ONLY video showing the breakdown of this shotgun at the moment. If you can, please expand on the procedure with a detailed tabletop disassembly (and then another reassembly video!). Keep the videos of this awesome shotgun coming! There just isn't enough practical information about it available at the moment!--- HAPPY SHOOTING!
LOL! Thank you!! When my buddy bought it I looked for a breakdown video and couldn't find one so I figured I'd slap one together. We were following the instructions and that issue with the charging handle in the instructions threw us for a loop! I'm hoping to find time to edit the reassembly video today and your suggestion of a more detailed tabletop disassembly is a good one! I'll have to find the time to knock one out. Thanks again for the props and the subscription! Happy shooting to you as well!!
Love my panzer arms AR12. Just brought it out to my buddy's range, everyone that shot it instantly fell in love with it!! Thanks for the video, definitely more in depth than the owners manual for sure.
@@outlawgt3045 jamming up is the difference between shit ammo and quality ammo....same reason some Hipoints have issues...is people are cheap...run crap ammo then find necessary to blame the weapon....never use reloads or cast loads in any semi auto....one time firing and done. Reloads lose pressure and cause weak cycling. If you use quality ammo with good pressures....jamming and feeding should never be an issue. Tweaking the mags is also a last resort thing....people should store a mag loaded, tap it before inserting it into a closed action vs opened....this helps how a shell rides up into the chamber. Most likely never a feed ramp issue. This is what inexperienced shooters presume. Just like every gun likes different ammo...it doesn't work out that all ammo cycles good in like weapons...
Hopefully you guys see this: is it normal for the velocity piston to slide freely? Mine slides back and fourth when simply handling the gun and it definitely doesn’t seems right. Thanks in advanced for any help.
Thank you. I have the Boss 25. Same as far as I can tell down to the owners manual except for name changes and different picture angles of the same hand taking it apart. NEITHER owner’s manual says where to oil
at 2:13 mine wont freakin come out man, i can feel like it wants to but im afraid if i pry it out with a flat head i'll damage it. going to let it soak in a little bit of oil and see how that does.
Also do you have an ammo recommendation on what you found that cycles nice?? I am using 2-3/4 1300 velocity 1-1/8 oz 7-1/2 shot. I would like to know the lowest cost ammo you found to cycle?
We ran 2-3/4 Winchester #8 target loads through it and didn't have a single issue. We haven't tried any other loads yet so we'll have to wait for Adam's next trip out to our range to try some alternates.
I fired it yesterday and used the cheapest Target/Bird Federal shells form Walmart and had 0 malfunction with 300 rounds. I am really happy with this so far. Did you by chance get 10 round magazines? I have read online this can use the MKA 10 round magazines?
Good to hear on the performance with the Federal loads. No on the 10 round mag - there's a LOT of conflicting info out there on the different 10 round mags that will/won't work. We're planning on trying some out soon. If you happen to beat us to the punch, let us know what you got and your results. I know there are a lot of folks out there asking the same question.
Aug-2018- We really need another video to show the separation of upper and lower...!!! And removing the stock... (Please) Thanks for this one, really helps!
Will do! I need to get my buddy Adam or Tim to bring theres out again so we can do it. I haven't bought one yet myself. This whole kid in college thing is cutting into by gun budget! LOL!
I've got 2 videos. A FULL video including cleaning and tips and a QUICK one showing only the disassembly/reassembly, including separating the upper and lower. ruclips.net/video/4raI7Sx17FA/видео.html ruclips.net/video/A2yrPUOPUj4/видео.html
Thanks but I have a Gen.2... It has a Pin (rivet head?) on the right hand side just to the rear of the upper & lower junction... Just like they are showing on this video. It does not go all the way through to the other side... at 0:36 in video.
How do I tell which generation (1-4) my ar 12 is? It didn't comes with chokes, so that seems to rule out generation 4 at far I can understand, but for the life if me I cannot figure out how to tell which generation mine is
We didn't throw any clays but I wouldn't see why it would be an issue from a performance standpoint. That being said, you'll want to check with your local laws. A lot of bird regulations (in most states I've lived in) limit your round quantity to three. This firearm could potentially get you in trouble if you're hunting in a state with that type of regulation.
I have a gen 4 and there is not one video on it at all the head of the buttstock bolt is circular with an hex shape in the middle and my barrel nut is on super tight what tool do you suggest i use?
That's what I'm wondering but no one answers the question I asked it on the gun mister page and he didn't answer it he either just pushed the like button
@@jameshughes8189 that's redundant. I have severe buyer's remorse over this shotgun. I'd rather have a mossberg 500. More reliable. These panzer arms AR12 knock offs are crap. I didnt really know what I was buying. It was the only "AR12" they had in the store, thought it would function the same as a real one. The real AR12 is about 100 bucks cheaper than what I paid for the panzer crap. Idk what I was thinking when I got this shotgun. 🤣 gonna trade it in for a real one.
What is this "real" AR12 that you speak of that is so much superior? Looking into buying one but deciding on which one. The non collapsible buttstock is not a problem for me. As I'm aware of this before the purchase lol.
@@bowdezaufa2609 the AR12 is a AR12. It looks like an AR15 but is a AR12. An example of a false AR12 is the Panzer Arms AR15. Trust me, a collapsible stock is useful. Why have a fixed stock when you can have a collapsible one?
I've heard they're out there but I haven't done any research on them. My two buddies that bought these have been happy enough with the non-adjustable stock to not worry about that mod (yet anyway). If I come across any info, I'll be sure to reply back to this post and let you know what I found.
Runnin Low I bought the one from CNC Warrior and it does not work. It is made for a different generation of the AR12, haven’t had any luck finding anything else.
Thanks for the heads up - I'll let my buddies know to steer clear of that one! I'll see them today and I'll ask if they've looked into this accessory yet and let you know if they have any suggestions.
This is not the real AR12 I wanted. I was talked into getting this contraption, and I hate it. The fact it doesnt have a collapsible stock, makes it practically useless for tactical situations.
Your planning on shooting a 12 gauge shotgun from the hip? Just spraying an general area? Otherwise I don't see how not having a collapsible stock is a problem
I got the pro version I took it apart and put it back together but it is way different then yours too bad you guy are not close by Ps I got a little bit of CLP in my mouth and my tongue is numb
For everyone asking for a video showing the separation of the upper & lower, MrMnmn911 just posted a great video showing this. Here's a link: ruclips.net/video/4raI7Sx17FA/видео.html
Why don't people understand the words that they post. This is not at all what you're saying. We need a complete breakdown of the gun complete not a very simple breakdown that anyone who's blind could figure out

It is a fun gun to shoot for sure!! Glad we could help with the video! Thanks for checking it out!
I just purchased this gun. very happy with it. Excellent video gentleman !!! good info. thank you for your expertise...
I just purchased my Panzer AR-12 and it is a lot of fun. Good quality and accurate. If you want a semi-auto 12 gauge, you can't go wrong with this.
I totally agree!
Does it jam up on every other round? I want to get a semi auto.. I like the bullpup model..

A little plastic piece with 2 springs attached fell out. Any idea where it goes?
Same problem with me. Any update?
Awesome video.

Johnny Lee did you get it to work? And can you link the one you bought?
MrMnmn911 shows how to do this breakdown and explains a bit more detail....it looked much more simplistic on his link.
Where can I get that muzzle?
Just purchased one today thankyou!
