Absolutely fantastic! I don't think I've heard Ken Hensley ever play that final solo this good, it's really identical to the Manfred Mann's from the original album! How could I learn to play it, are there some written notes available somewhere?
Awesome job man! Truly identical. Let me ask, have you tried learning the final organ solo that was done by Manfred Mann? Im not a keyboardist but that solo sounds impossible to replicate, is it complicated?
this is very good but the solo can not be matched.. years of instruments have told me that the solo can never be matched, dont even try, just make it sound good :)
Phil Lanzon is not using the Hammond anymore - it was too fragile shipping it around, so they have had to discard it. They obviously also weigh an absolute ton! Ken Hensley is indeed a genius, so many great songs and still going strong. Blood on the Highway is an amazing album....
