- Enjoy a 4K tour around the Sci-Fi Dine In Theater Restaurant at Disney’s Hollywood Studios! This is probably one of the coolest places to eat at Walt Disney World in my opinion. The food isn’t the greatest, but it’s not bad either. The purpose of this video was to show you the awesome atmosphere of this restaurant, and to also show some of the vintage movie set theming, props and movie posters. This was filmed on February 23rd 2022 from around 2:30pm - 3:30pm

Really fancy this restaurant. My wife has severe social anxiety and this is one of the only places she has agreed to go to next time we go.

The food's not bad, but as far as theming goes, this restaurant can't be beat! I just love the 'outdoor drive-in' vibe! Thanks for focusing on the posters and memorabilia; I didn't realize the Rocketeer's gear was in there (or I had forgotten).

🍔Tour time! Great concept --seeing all the props, etc is the best! Can't remember what I ate, but I have THAT great pic eating in the🚗car ! Sorry the food wasn't better, but thanks for showing a plant based entrée & being honest. (Hard to get a good impossiburger I find sadly) This place crushes it with its charm but improving food quality wouldn't hurt either, why not both. Love seeing Walt on the screen (are the speakers only in the front?) & the other older shorts, friend, thx! 🍹💜
I agree Liz! The restaurant should be able to produce quality food on top of the awesome theming. But overall, I’m so glad the restaurant still sticks to the vintage theming and atmosphere from when it first opened. I walked over to the front and the sound wasn’t very loud there either. I wish they’d turn up the volume a little more lol. Thank you Liz😃

Keeping my fingers crossed in 2 years this dine-in theater will celebrate. The Disney Renaissance era 35th anniversary by showing all 10 animated movies
This is one of the only things left of Hollywood studios when there was still the streets of America and the backlot tour
Yep, the theming inside the entrance of the restaurant specifically still sticks to the vintage Disney MGM Studios era thankfully! It’s so nice to see some props and movie sets still around in the park

Amazing
Here is some good advice about considering this place.... It's quieter than many restaurants at Hollywood studios, its a nice break from the heat, the darkness is a nice break from the bright sun and kids are quieter busy watching the Big Screen. It is a bit of a break from the regular noise and commotion.

I agree the food is mediocre at best, but the atmosphere is top notch. Didn't know they have added an Impossible burger to the menu. I need to check it out when I visit again. Thanks for taking us along 4K.
Yep I agree! For me, the atmosphere and theming of this place is what matters most. As long as the food isn’t horrible, I’ll keep coming lol. The entrance of the restaurant specifically keeps the Disney MGM Studios vibe around with the movie set and props. Thanks so much Andrew!

Snagged a reservation for 5 in Nov. So excited (thank you mousedining alerts). Are the plexi glass separators (covid) still up? We still playing that charade?
They still have plexi glass at a lot of stores too.

We’re leaving tonight For a trip. There was one reservation available for this place which is my favorite! I chickened out because I’m traveling with my son and I was afraid we would be in a car with another party and they would get the driver seat. Glad I got to see it anyway! Maybe next year!

Not the greatest, but it wasn’t terrible either. That always seems to be the case at this restaurant, but I’m ok with it since I specifically go there for the atmosphere lol. But it would be nice if Disney started improving the quality of the food. Especially at those prices they charge
