How u calculated the dose of heparin 400 unit?

As SQUH protocol based on recent evidence:
We have to infuse a total of 400 units of heparin Sodium.
As shown in video, each 1 ampule has 2 ml which contains 200 units of heparin.
So we have to infuse a total of 2 ampules that will be 4 ml which is equivalent to 400 units of heparin.
