How to modify these exercises for sholder osteo and index finger tendon reattached reguarding retearing shortened tendon safteyand tendinitisq fibrotPolymyalgias3+years post surgery .
Is it safe to hang post finger tendon surgery 3+ yrs post healup or should hanging and pulling body weight be avoided on that side .
Should I just limit weights or hanging entirety for tendon safety ? Or just add reps with less mass?
