I have watched this since I was a kid in primary school in the early 90s! I half got the jokes but I knew I liked it. It was funny and that was good enough for me! Decades later Im still watching and I still love it! We'll miss it if/when it ends.For now....just enjoy.

Last year in London I visited 2 museums that are probably on some least visited list: the Canal museum (not bad…) and the Brunel museum (quite interesting). Their advantage is that, if the staff is friendly, you can have interesting in-depth conversations about the subject matter (i.e. geek out 😅).
Visited the Hengelo Museum in the Netherlands. Four lovely 80 + volunteers welcomed me with friendlyness and coffee and then I had the museum all for myself. Absolutely great !
The BEST BBC programme by far at least for this last 20 odd yrs.?

So glad Mr. Wang was available to fill in. Always a good show wit Mr. Osman and Baroness Davidson. But I must say how handsome Mr. Hislop looked in his colorful jacket and tie. Yes, I do have a bit of a geek crush on him with his bedroom voice and all. Mr. Merton was okay, too. ☺

Yes. See the episodes with the disabled comedian who has an assistive chair.
In most cases, they use booster cushions for the purpose. Standard practice on many a panel show.

Ruth Davidson's early comment "Things can only get wetter" didn't get the laugh it deserved. To right-minded Scots like me, Ruth is "The Queen Across the Water"!
That's appalling! The only way I can think that iti could be worse was if they fronted up at teh church and fired her while she was walking the aisle. "Let you go" what a woos way to put it. As if she was wishing she could be released from the company. What BS!!! They deserve to have their name and the circumstances publicised widely.

Ironically the same issues appear to be occurring in the UK and Australia. Be it vile immigration policies (sorry, that was our awful policy), or so called incorrect computer software (the poor office, social security), the government's are stroking themselves while their citizens are seeking suicide as an only solution.
Our Australian governments software failure showed that tens of thousands of the poorest Australians owed the government tens of thousands of dollars of benefit overpayments. Totally 260million or more even. Of course if you are underpaid the government will backdate the correct payment for 28days. However if you are overpaid they will go back a decade to squeeze the very will to live out of you.
I don't see the point in parties anymore. Murdoch reporting has made them so fearful that they say empty nothing's and instead have removed every check and balance that is meant to prevent them from becoming corrupt. Meanwhile citizens exist with an ever increasing list of checks and balances and a government, nay a system that is too powerful to fight against. 2030 and 2040 are gearing up to be a nightmare.
