I bought the US Wallmart version of Somewhere in Time with the 3D lenticular about 6 months ago before it was released in the UK (thinking it was only a US release). Paid about £39 for it. £60 is definitely too much, just because of the 3D lenticular.

That is an ok album. But no doubt the best Iron Maiden album of all time is Killers. R.I.P. Paul! We miss you!

Ok is an understatement, I think Powerslave is the best Iron Maiden album. I love Killers though so I do respect your opinion.
Mine came yesterday! What a pure gem. My only wish would be that they should have used that "orange peel" textured cover like the original. I just think that would have been a classy detail and true nod to the original. But, definitely not a deal breaker. Great review. Thanks for sharing!

I held one at Walmart the other night. I had 30$ in cash, it was 33$. So I asked my kid for it to be my Christmas gift. Idk, but I think she got it. The question I had was how's the sound quality? Most of my colored or picture records have a heavy bass sound to them. So I was wondering.

Apparently, you can only really see the 'magic' with your phone taking a video of it with a light on it. And someone else said, you can see the magic with a strobe light on it (ill try that later). Good grief!

Absolutely loved the way this looks, but in common with a lot of picture discs it sounds bloody awful. 180g black vinyl definitely way better in terms of sound but naturally being the gullible fanboy I am, I have both....🤦♂

This reissue is total garbage. A ɓrickwalled mess. The stampers were cut directly from the shitty remastered cd from 2015. Dont be seduced by the fancy packaging. Better off finding an original on Ebay.
It says it’s taken from the 2015 remaster on the hype sticker, so they ain’t hiding it. Plus I have an original so I’m good with this one
