Enjoying time with a good book, a nice movie, a relaxing bath..Appreciating the moment and being grateful for the blessings one has in life, instead of running after the next thing..also letting go of certain toxic or unpleasent situations/people and accepting change, trusting in that everything is going to be allright. a mindful, slow, soft lifestyle ☺️
