I found the series extremely boring. In the trailer there were Ultralisks and Tanks and Vikings and Nydus worms... Here it's just Marines vs Zerglings for 5 games straight. Halfway through I changed video speed to 1.5x. Still boring.

@@-mako-6018 No. I must have straight up lied. I wasn't like... playing another game on another monitor or something. I also didn't go to toilet during the conclusions of any games. I wouldn't do that.
And I also didn't skip the first 5 minutes of any game. Not at all! And especially not the blabbering of the casters. No no no.

Whenever Lowko says something like "I've already casted these two at least a dozen times this year, I don't know what the actual number is" I wish there was a site called aLowkolac that would compile stats for Lowko videos and streams. XD

i mean yes, its very surprising to me that there's still so many people playing SC2 while there's always been the same 3 races and basically all the ways to play are the same, if it wasnt for Lowko i wouldnt watch SC videos at all lol

Man, I remember waaaaaay back when, Lowko was like, “Y’all should keep your eyes on this new guy, Clem. He’s going to be big, I promise you.”
At the time, folks were like, “But he’s not Korean.” Now look at the scene.
Lowko single handedly keeping me interested in SC2 for literally years.

It was not a bluff.
"Should of" is really just people spelling "should've" phonetically and not understanding that it's nonsense.
"Thunk" is intentionally teasing that it's the past tense of "think" as part of "who woulda thunk it?" which is a sarcastic phrase for "who would have thought that?"

I remember one of the first times Lowko casted these 2 playing against each other I think 3 years ago and he said something like I know y'all may not have heard of these guys as they are both new to playing SC2 professionally, but these 2 are really good and if they can reach their potential, they could both be one of the best players in a couple years. Now, everyone looks for these 2 to play each other as one of the best matchups in the game. Lowko knew what he was talking about.

I very, very rarely have "fun" losing vs protoss, and have resorted to one base all-in'ing them just to win or lose quickly because anything else is a waste of time.
Protoss against you is really so annoying, can't deny that.

@@danielellertson8261 Yeah but thats most of gold/plat/low diamond. Actual pros can do other strategies but since you only need 40 apm to f2amove a pile of voids and carriers, its a super popular strategy.

Wow. I spent most of the last game on the edge of my seat. Even at the end I had no idea who was ahead. Reynor is able to bluff strength at any moment, so even though he was dying he was still attacking to the very last.
Great series.
It was pretty clear Z was losing. That makes it pretty boring, because there isn't an option to tech switch (to Lurkers?) and play more defensively to come back later in the game.
Has Lowko ever done a cast where he picks one player and only uses their vision, tries to "play" as that person, guessing what the opponent is going to do and such?

Thunk is a play on stunk. It’s generally used in a sarcastic way, like “stunk being the plural of stink is ridiculous, and so are you”.

Late, I know. I'm from southern U.S. and when we say "Should have" fast, we are actually saying "should've" and alot/most of us spell it just that. Think of how you would say and type "you have" as "you've"

It would be super cool if they could use eye tracking technology and an overlay on the game to show us where the two players are looking as the game progresses. You could have it be fairly opaque so that it wouldn't interfere badly with watching the replays, and I think it would add a cool additional level to what is going on in the player's heads.
Lowko can u put the camera on zerg more I feel like because uv been playing for so long u can just glimpse at the production tab and know exactly what there doing so u whenever ur casting a zerg the camera is never on them expecially during the early game

Creep spreads faster for each creep tumour spreading in range, so leap frogging two waves of tumours slightly off the edges can be faster than a single line at the edges depending on if you're covering chokepoints vs open spaces and if you have high enough effective APM. (it gets more complicated considering creep on both sides of high/low ground)

WOW ANALOGY about the bruise. My dog got hit by a bicycle today and seems to luckily only have a bruised thigh (I hope). In order to figure out where he was hurt I had to poke around and when I found the bruise he wanted to chew my hand off. So you could have expanded the analogy to say...be careful when you poke someones bruise.
