As a kid back when this aired in real time, I couldn't wait for Geraldine skits!! My entire family would gather around the one tv and enjoy this well written hilarious show!! Flip Wilson was everything in the 70's!! Love him so much!!
@@lilybond6485 Geraldine had such a big personalty, she became real and journalist as well as fans forgot that was Comedic Genius Flip Wilson underneath. Decades later he would warn comedic actor Martin Lawrence not to allow his female character Shenanah to become bigger than him( Martin).
@Heart Strings: Same here. Something about those old TV shows. The entire family could be in the same room, watching TV and there wasn’t an off color remark or insinuation. The very worst that I heard was Ralph Cramden telling Norton or his wife Alice “ BANG ZOOM”. 😂 If my parents wouldn’t let me stay up to watch “The Honeymooners” on a school night -- I would throw a fit and have a tantrum until they gave in. 😇 Seriously -- At a young age -- I realized that life was short -- so I better get my way.😂 I was the most well behaved self will run riot child the neighborhood ever experienced. The Flip Wilson Show was an absolute watch. Everybody loved him and looked forward to the next show. We sure could use him now for an hour worth of laughs and escape from what is currently going on in this crazy world.

Kevin Scott youtube channel was the funniest comedy I had seen in many years and youtube removed %80 of his videos ,, much funnier then Tyler Perry or Flip Wilson....but he was a white man that did black and hillbilly and characters black and white people alike loved Kevin Scott , search for Sparkel Johnston on youtube .
