It has one. The lil glowy bits are the miniature arc reactors, in the same way how the mk50 has 1 big one and numerous smaller ones.

Because Ironmans ark reactor is in his chest because there was shrapnel I'm Tony's chest spideman didn't experience that and also his suit is nanotech
