I love these great tip video's Jade. I did want to let you know I was shown that putting the trash in the recycler, it will give you some amazing items that either take a lot of resources to make or items that you will need for crafting. Like cloth, glass , resin, and metal and more. I use wood for cooking, as I can always pick up a few branches that are laying around by the shop .
Thanks Shelly!! I did see that various random resources drop from trash as well but I never felt I struggled getting those resources so I tend to prefer the trash as cooking fuel. :) But absolutely great tip for anybody wanting to use trash in the recycler.
Nice tips I keep some mega meat jumble in my boat storage I have spare storage chests upstairs in the workshop & a bed for days when I am too tired to walk home
You can buy a treasure map, open it, then put it in the recycler… it will spit out 2 treasure maps. You can keep doing this as many times as you want. Just make sure to open the treasure map first so that it marks the location in world. Opened treasure maps can also be sold for 25
Amazing tips, thank you very much ! Do you (or anyone) know if we'll be able to move some villagers out ? I didn't know we could only pick up the ones we love and now I'm stuck with some I don't like 😅
You can right click on the lure with your mouse and it will equip it or you can click on the little icon on the bottom right of your inventory where you'll see a little lure icon. Once you click on that icon, it will turn into an X which means it's equipped. If you have multiple of that lure, it will remain equipped until that lure runs out. Hope that helps!
The wife and I have been playing Palia and had a blast playing. I didnt think I would like the game but fell in love with it and now its time to move on. Can I expect something like Palia in this game? Is it a do anything you want type of game or do I have to really micromanage everything I do? I dont want to be bogged down with chores from a game constantly and want more freedom. does this game offer that and keeps you interested at all times? I appreciate any unbiased opinions and would like to read more of the pros and cons of Critter Cove. Thank you for your opinions, time and consideration.
I have an in-depth review video of the game that sheds some more insight as to what it's all about compared to this tips and tricks video here. You're more than welcome to check that out to see if it strikes your interest. It's a great game that isn't rushed and super micromanaged. It's nothing like Palia though. Two completely different game styles. You will have things you'll need to do to progress like in any game so it all depends on how much you like to do in a game. Best way is to try it out and see if if you like it. Worst case scenario, you end up not liking it and can request a refund on steam. :) Happy Gaming!
The hinge is something you can already craft in the fabricator, so yes, I have the hinge. 😉Are you referring to what I can craft with the hinge? There's ALOT to discover in this game and I obviously haven't discovered every single thing yet. I'm sure there are tons of more things that will be extremely useful. 😉 Thanks for stopping by!!
@@JadeMistGaming when I look in my recipes for the fabricator I don't have the hinge yet, so I figured I needed to discover it. thanks so much, I'll check out some more and see if I just missed it! love your videos/streams!! ☺🥰
Start farming early! You may not need much food yourself, but eventually you will be scrambling for crazy amounts of fiber, and the excess food can be cooked and sold for a pretty penny.
i really like this video, thank you! But I have a problem with my bait shop, it's only selling 1 bait of each type every day, not 99 like shown here. Was it patched out or is it just a bug? Because 4 bait every day is literally nothing :(
Awesome tips. I'm just dying to know when they plan on releasing the first update because I want to kick some villagers off my island 😅
I too need to kick off some pesky villagers!! LOL They are 100% going to be adding that in one of the first major updates. Super excited for that!
Same 😂😂😂

The mask recycling was...how do I say this...game changer, mind blown!
Right! I'm always putting it in my recycler now. hehe
Good tips didnt know about boat storage
There's some really useful stuff here ty

I think they just patched the double pay out in items. It was a bug for most items giving accidental doubles.
Excellent tips Jade!! Thank you for this as I know I will forget some of these tips when I start another save (hopelessly hyper fixated!).
Thanks Linda! Glad I could help. I welcome you into the Critter Cove hyper fixation! hehe
Jade thanks for all the tips ...some of them I had no idea.
Glad I could help!!
Thank you for the amazing tips ❤
Love this Jade!! This game is my new obsession!! lol
Thanks Danny!! It's 100% my latest hyper fixation game! hahaha
This is amazing.
Great tips ☺️
Thank you, Crispy!!
Ty for this ❤

I did the same thing. I have at least three I want to get rid of. Apparently we will be able to choose who leaves when we get the first major update.
@@chelsiesdiamondsandbooks oh my god thank you so much for your answer ! I'm relieved it'll be possible !
Thank you so much! I see others have already responded. Thanks y'all! Very much looking forward to kicking some villagers off soon! hahaha
Great tips. Helps fuel my current obsession. I’m playing on pc. How do I attach and/or use the lures? That is my struggle.

Have 100 hrs in the game & could not figure this out. X to me DOES not mean equipped.
Great tips! I really wish I could move my house lol
Thank you! The Devs did confirm they will be adding the option to move houses later during Early Access. Not sure when but definitely planned. :)

Agreed. I have an abundance of fiber from planting my meat stalks pretty early on. ;-) I have never struggled getting fiber because of that.
I use all surf boards I pick up for my cooking fuel.
Bad idea. Surfboards sell for $12. Use trash as cooking fuel. ($1 each).
@@FranWest. But if I don't need money, what's the point?

I had that too when I was low on money. How's your current money looking?
@@JadeMistGaming I had more than 500 gold on hnd so that's why I was confused :/ I reported it as a bug, we'll see
FYI, you can throw trash in recycler. I've gotten a bunch of random stuff.
