Hi, Thanks for watching my video. When you remove your profile from outlook, which is your .ost file, its got deleted from outlook. When you re-create the profile all your mails will be created in outlook. But your .pst files which contains your Archives will still remain in your computer. To restore .pst file go to the following location C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook

No, you don't need to backup your mailbox before deleting your profile.
When you delete a mailbox, all your emails are still saved by the provider. When you add the email account again, it will retrieve all the emails from the provider server.

Hi Ralph, Thank you for watching my video.
With Winodws 10 latest version, you can still delete outlook profile using 'Settings'. Go to Settings > Accounts > Email & Accounts > Click on the mail account and click Manage. You have the option to delete the email accont and create a new one.
But you can as still access the old control panel with your Windows 10 devices.
Go to the start menu and type control or start "run" and typ control to access control panel.
From there you can delete your old profile and create a new one.
