Built ONLY 5 Years! 1990 Deutz-Allis 917 Classic Garden Tractor - Classic Tractor Fever

Thomas shares the story of his 1990 Deutz-Allis 917 garden tractor. These tractors were only built for about 5 years when Deutz bought out the Allis-Chalmers company in 1985. In 1990 AGCO purchased Duetz-Allis and removed the name from the brand. This tractor is powered by a Kohler, 17 horsepower twin cylinder, opposed gasoline engine and feature a hydrostatic transmission. They were built by Simplicity and sold under the Deutz-Allis brand.
