I just wished prices in Europe weren't as crazy.
Adding an 18'' floor to my lacquered Broadkaster costs me more than 2000 bucks, and adding a snare more than 1200 bucks :(

I liked your sound on the Sonor vintage better but if Gretsch can give better artist relations support then why not. I’ve heard that can be an issue with sonor.

Really? Check out the prices of new DW and BDC kits. The Catalina and Renown kits are affordable.

@another_aaron can make any gig with anything. It's not the drums doing it.. BUT! What musician doesn't want a Strat, or Les Paul or whatever is a high end instrument. I can tell you this..I play an old Tama Royalstar but I also have a BCDco custom bubinga kit..I play on the Bubinga better..I feel more confident in me due to the pleasing sound and actually feel of the drums. So. Doesn't matter what you play but it's real nice playing a quality instrument.
