Ok, for those of you who don’t understand why 9/11 is not up there, it’s because there’s a difference between Aviation events and plane crashes. Aviation events basically like 9/11 and yes aviation events includes both deaths inside the plane and deaths not in the planes, but plane crashes only counts of how many people died inside the airplane, not outside the plane. Tho 9/11 had like 1000 deaths, the deaths on the planes had like 200.

It’s hard to say, but Private jet and small plane crashes like crashes of training pilots and stuff happen frequently but fatal crashes of big jets happen much less often, with maybe a big crash per year.
