the glitch issue could've also been a windows update fucking up everything the last few days having ultrakill open was just making my computer freeze for no reason whatsoever when it was open and stuff and i had a pirated version at the time so i literally couldn't have mods and so its also not a steam issue now that i have actual ultrakill and mods its only gotten worse so i have no clue ever since a windows update a few weeks ago its also been messing up my discord flashing only when roblox was open so thats why i assume its windows fucking shit up
