@@BoomerBlups3ds fairly certain they can, 7 stars are usually locked but the odds for this are even higher than full odds

@@BoomerBlups3ds your best bet honestly is to sandwhich hunt if you own Violet, otherwise searching some reddit groups you might be able to find somebody hosting legit shiny dens!
