Props to the cat-phobic neighbor who overcame their fear and let Bubby into the house. They did the good and kind thing.
Yes they did. 💘
good kind neighbor👏💘
Bless her. I know some people who are horrified of cats like some people are spiders, and she let this old boy into her home.
YES !!!
That's what I was thinking
I've never seen a cat with eyes that looked as sad as that before.
same here...
He sad 😔
But now hes happy
That cats eyes look like Simon Cowell
It's heart breaking 😔
When I heard the narrator say that Bubby had been loved before and was now loved again, I cried. If only more humans were like Mr Boyd and his family. The fact that his daughter Rhonda reached out within a week to Bubby’s new owner to tell her Bubby’s story says a lot. Her father would be proud of everyone who made Bubby’s new life possible. G
Edit: I have just learned from a comment below that Bubby passed away recently. I'm sad but happy that he was loved in his forever home at the end.
This story made me cry. So much love for cat that wasn’t sure what it was like to be loved, until he met Boyd and the narrator 🥹. Thanks for the edit, may he rest in peace with my Boyd and other cat friends ❤
It's striking what sad eyes Bubby had. And he looked so tired before this woman adopted him. I'm glad he was home and loved in the end.♥️♥️

This is so beautiful. Bubby was loved all the way around. From Boyd (may he rest in peace), to Rhonda (and the rest of Boyd's family), to Ray (Boyd's neighbor) , to the vets and caretakers, to Sarah.
I'd also like to give HUGE props to the new neighbor who was scared of cats, but still helped save a cat in need!
What a beautiful story! I think the woman who let Bubby into her kitchen, even though she was scared of cats, was pretty special too.
The unsung hero of this story is Ray the neighbor. Without his persistent efforts to find Bubby and convincing the new home owners to contact him, there would be a much different ending for that lovely cat.
I totally agree..it just shows that looking out for that one stray cat can mean so much in the end 🙏
Having caring and loving neighbors is a blessing! The neighborhood must be very sweet to have an old man who cared for a stray cat, a kind hearted man who didn't give up on capturing the kitty to ensure his safety, and also the lady who was willing to help (the house that they finally found Bubby).
Bubby’s decision to enter his former home again after so long - well, I choose to believe it was because he somehow knew that the stage had been set by Roy to provide him with a soon-to-be new mom & a loving, safe, forever home.
@@salicemccool9186 Absolutely agree! 😇

Thanks to the heroes in this story - Boyd, Ray, and Sarah! You're all legends for giving Bubby the life he deserves!!! God bless y'all.
A great story is a great story, but to gather Bubby's history as you did, and then to narrate it so beautifully is something very special, just like a purring, three-legged, fireplace cat. Well done and thank you.
His face is so human looking , those eyes have seen some things . The cat has a big soul inside him
Oh, yes. What an amazing thing it is to share with and bond with a creature noted for being so independent yet so spiritually intimate and in tune with humans.
I didn't know humans have fur, whiskers, and cat eyes.
I couldn't have said it better myself. You described him perfectly. I feed a colony of feral cats that I have trapped, spayed (&neutered) and released. Some I have managed to partially domesticate. It is my dream to one day have a large indoor room that will have a cat door to an outdoor screened in room for them to access as they want. I want to make the indoor room heated and air conditioned with lots of cozy beds, scratching posts, cat trees, perches, cat walks with steps going up to it, cat toys, etc. I have fed so many cat colonies over the years and have gotten kittens homes. I have also fed many many homeless dogs, trappped them to get them to rescue groups or even to a family ready to adopt after I had fostered them. But the cats don't seem to have the rescue groups like dogs do. There are a few but nothing like dogs have.
I was basically gonna say the same thing. The face and that expression in his eyes are so human and relatable. Lovely little cat.
Yeah, those eyes have seen all the birds and small mammals that cat has murdered and tortured.
Okay who immediately watches this one because of the cat's forlorn eyes

Lil guy has had a long journey thanks to everyone who took care of Bubby! 🥰
Reminds me of my little guy. He had a traumatic beginning & was afraid of everyone &noise especially silverware. He was also disabled as he'd been thrown out the window of a moving car. He was my buddy!! My little best friend in fur. I had him for 7years before I had to put him to sleep. To say my heart was crushed into a zillion pieces would be an understatement. It's been 2 years & his toys are still where he left them. I'm so glad Bubby is spending his golden years being loved & cared for. I miss my little guy.
The combination of Bubby's sad human eyes and the woman's voice telling the story made me ugly cry. There is a special place in heaven for those who care for animals.
** There is the act of shedding tears out of sadness or sympathy. Then there is ugly crying - the uncontrollable leakage of tears and snot and redness all around the face. The kind of release of emotion that wrecks your day and makes your heart hurt for the helpless. The kind of crying that you can't hide from others. Just for those who asked for the definition

That makes two of us minus the 43, bloke and truck driver 😭
I am crying while watching this video.
Boyd’s love sent Bubby back to people who cared. I just watched this vid today, found out that Bubby is gone but you all are still and will keep making people happy by sharing this lovely story. I will always remember you guys from my country far away and it will always put a smile on my face.
They say home is not a place, but heart, and person. Bubby mustve never returned to the first guys place after he died because his home isnt there anymore
I never thought of it like that, that’s beautiful.
He knew his friend was not there anymore... they know more than most humans them any credit for. It must have been emotionally painful to know the one person who loved him and took him left the planet by default. Like a child who loses a parent...
Well that took me to the ugly cry 😭
Me too.. I'm a guy who rarely cries but this had me sobbing :'(
💕
😭😭😭 thank you all who gave him love and his final friend-owner. 🙏🏼🙏🏼 🐈💛🧡💛
Loves for bubby..Makes my heart happy.
He looks exactly like Garfield, his eyes, the head tilt, lol.
If he had 4 arms he would have been like garfield
Spaghetti
Not really Garfield had flat face..
I think there is a special place in the afterlife for those who love and care for animals.
GORGEOUS STORY! Just beautiful! Thanks for sharing it xXx
Beautiful history, Bubby, Sarah, Boyd, Rhonda and Ray, ♥🍊🐱
I’m an old man and I and my 16 year old best friend , a blind and deaf from birth Shitzu. He is my best and only friend. I pray that when it’s my time, my buddy will pass with me so we can enjoy the journey afterwards together. God bless you for making Bubbys last years a loving and safe time for him. Animals are a gift from God, I can’t imagine my life without my little buddy❤️
@tanis burt
That was very kind of you to say. Sadly my little buddy, my blind and deaf 16 yr old Shitzu passed away a few weeks ago. It was the hardest day I’ve had since the death of my youngest daughter a few years ago. I felt no less pain or sadness for him when he died than I did when I lost my daughter.
Love is the same no matter what. I’m not able to get through the day without tearing up. Every time I look at his little bed I lose it. We had a wonderful life together. He was my Best friend in the whole world. I don’t think I could get another dog I really don’t. I’m too old and I wouldn’t want to leave a dog alone after I pass. It’s just wouldn’t be fair to the dog. If I had a friend or someone that would be able to step in for me I would get another dog in a second but I don’t have anyone. So if you ever see an old man petting your dog and smiling from ear to ear, it just might be me.
God bless you and your family.

Bubby is such a sweet cat. His gentle eyes are so heartbreaking. He must have gone through a lot emotionally and physically. I feel so sad for Boyd and his family. Losing Boyd and then thinking that Bubby had passed on too must have been so sad. I'm so glad this neighbor was able to get Bubby, that he found a new loving home and she was able to learn more about Bubby's past. I'm sure that helped out Boyd's family too.
@Kittycrunch 메옹 I feel for you, look around and count your blessings, it will make you feel better. I am always alone but I love it I have 3 cats who are free to do what they want have a nice day ❤️❤️

@Kittycrunch 메옹 Thank you for all you do to rescue & save these precious babies. I'm sure you see some horrific things, usually at the hands of terrible humans & I know that can be absolutely heartbreaking. The world needs more angels like you. ❤❤❤
