For me it was even worse - when I first time came there, that battery was not even there - game bugged and not even spawned that last battery. So I spent there like 30 minutes and then decided to explore world. It only appeared next day, when I again entered that quest zone, and even then I was not sure what to do (as I just ignored that battery now, as it was not there first time, so I not thought that it is needed there). And it is Main Quest, so bug can lock you out of main story...
No wonder I can't solve it. The third battery is not even there.... Even when I threw the battery outside of the entire Building. It doesn't repsawn. You can actually lose the parts???
OK I got it fixed. Untrack your mission. Go and teleport somewhere far away. Re track your mission. And the third battery should appear. My third battery didn't appear in that same room but it was outside the room. And for the battery which didn't turn red. Just take it out and put it back in. And wait for a few seconds for the game to load. You can see the battery turning red before you even take it out AGAIN. Then you take it and it will be red

I took the green one inside the second room and charge it with red/green something outlet. Then I took it out. It became red. I used it to open the third door. I think it's not a bug. It can just be different. :)
Its not bugged there is two spawn locations. once you open the two green door lock. it either spwans next to encore again, or in the room. if neither. relog. if that don't work. time travel to the exact time in the game to tomorrow it should work. if not then you have to then log out and log in and try agian
I feel like they should've used some other symbols instead of "Green and Red" to indicate that theres TWO DIFFERENT TYPES OF BATTERIES I really thought that Red meant it was broken. And when i plugged the third battery in that slot, i thought my game was bugged. Never thought that it was "converting the green battery into a red one"...
i have a problem, i have a rlly good pc which can do highest quality on genshin, but i am not able to install or open wuthering waves, not via epic games (i only get to the launcher which then crashes) nor the official link (which already crashes as theres written "installing", usually at 50% which takes 2 seconds). I tried it a billion times, redownloaded the whole launcher several times on different days and yet nothing changes. I even tried to put it into other folders, add to admin stuff or unpack the data or stuff, im not a professional but it didnt work. my wifi also isnt the problem for sure. i also have the newest windows version,aswell as way enough storage. maybe its my region? i live in germany but my other friends can play it too so that might not be it. for now i play wuwa on my ipad, which can aswell play genshin on the very highest quality with no lagging or crashing AT ALL. In wuwa meanwhile it crashes every 2 minutes or less. I have to have the lowest quali for it to even hold 1min. Terrible lagging, delys, a very disturbed gaming expirience. it crashes no matter what it do. if i open the map, fight an enemy (this MAYBE would be even reasonable), but no, even when i teleport, in a dialogue (which i then always need to restart), or even when AFK. ALWAYS. its so annoying, its literally ruining all the fun. its obvious that wuwa just released and it still has a lot of bugs. what can i do to play wuwa on my pc ?
So there isnt a piece somewhere I'm missing, i just came here ahead of schedule. Had me spamming the sensor like i was playing asura's Wrath qhile i run around like I'm insane. Thank God
When you pick it up, it's glowing in yellow colour which is very confusing. When I picked up the battery from the converter, i can't see the colour change at all
to anyone who's game was bugged and the last battery isnt appearing and you're impatient like me - sacrifice and use one of the batteries on one of the doors and it should work (it worked for me)
I got there before the main quest(just exploring) and the second battery isn't there so fingers crossed it'll appear for the quest and just isnt there so people can't do it beforehand 🤞
but but... should i follow the path os missions? i just skip them and came to here, the boss is acessible, nut i can't acess those rooms, missing one battery
so, when the third battery is not there, just go take the battery where encore is at and just change it into a red one😭 (the third battery wasnt there for me too btw)
i think mines bugged or something that battery wasnt in that room like yours i looked this up thinking it was hidden somewhere and i was to blind to see but its not their TT-TT

@@ConCon took a while to figure out what was wrong but because i went there before the quest and during the quest I had to enter the thrid room just for the sake of the quest
