If I were OP I'd tell them all, "You all made your beds, now you can sleep in them as I won't help any of you" . Plus block them on all fronts (phone, social media, etc..) and report them to CPS. Also get a restraining order.

If I was you op I would tell Mark and your sister and your mother that you're going to let them move in because they need help but then I put my house on the up for sale and I'd sell the house the day before they were supposed to move in but I'd make sure that they had my permission to move in but what are they going to do sue you because you've already moved out they can't do anything they screwed you over now you can screw them over
