Hello Yaya, I am a fan of you and your recipes, you are really amazing ❤❤My dear, I am a follower from Iraq, and I hope that there will be a translation of your recipes in Arabic, because I do not know much in English ❤
Girl you’re so smart, you’re aware of the effect of each ingredient, how they react with eachother, the pH levels, and tiny details like that. I’m just very impressed! Thank you for sharing ❤
Thank you for a great video! In your first attempt, you mentioned that the initial formula left some cakey residue in your hair. How did this formula (second attempt) compare? Due to a favorite curl cream being discontinued, I want to start making my own curl creams, and this looks so close to the product I used (both in ingredients & texture)
Hi, what would be a good substitute for cetyl alchohol? Would you be willing to make a video on a deep conditioner that is completely coconut/coconut derivative free for those who are allergic?
WoW that is hard to avoid those … I mean if you want a texture that is not too runny and thick enough for kinky hair, without btms cetyl or cetearyl alcohol that is gonna be nearly impossible in my opinion. You might find a couple of alternative on aromazone maybe. Have u tried every every single dérivative of coconut to say ur allergic to all ? Good luck

love your video, very informative! Can you explain how to test the ph levels? Also. I made a similar product but used too much oil or butter or both. Is there any way to salvage it? Can I safely use arrow root to reduce the greasy feel?
Hello Yaya, I love this recipe but I was wondering what other butters you can use in phase B, also can you please do a video on how to make a hair milk!
Hi! you can replace it with aloe vera juice or aloe vera gel. You can also replace it with just distilled water or more rosemary distillate. The purpose is to provide the benefits of aloe vera in this formula. I tried the AloeThix to see if I could retain some of the gelling/thickening properties as well. You can also add another thickening agent instead. I hope this helps. 😊💜
@@nad-.You are welcome! Happy to help. This formula is very stable and there is not separation or indication of at the moment. I will keep you all posted. 😊💜
I’m so happy you tried it again! I tried something similar to this with Btms 25 and Optiphen plus it came out decent but I might try this with EW NF and Aloe Vera gel. I’ll keep you posted if it goes well. Thx for the inspo!
@@keyamoore8031 I think you are talking about the Menthol Scalp Treatment. The treatment is a Homemade Clove Tea Hair Treatment. However, I also call it a Menthol Scalp Treatment because it has an amazing menthol sensation on the scalp. This video is already up here: ruclips.net/video/GoXVPsbkMdU/видео.html I hope this helps. 😊💜
That should be okay. You may have to reformulate slightly. Try adding a water-based thickener and maybe increase the stabilizer/thickener (cetyl alcohol). Just be sure the oil phase does not exceed 25%. This should help keep it's consistency. Also, keep in mind that any changes may alter the final results. I hope this helps. 💜
What can i use in place of aloe thick? I have 200x aloe powder. Plan yo make it this weekend if possible, i would tag you on IG when i make it. I also want to ask substitute for polygel emollient used in the detangler
Hi! I hope you like it. You can use the aloe powder. Just be sure to check the usage rate and adjust the formula. The polygel emollient does not really have an “equal” replacement. You can replace it with another emollient or oil, but they will not thicken or increase the viscosity like PGE. I hope this helps. 💜💜
@@YayaDIYCreations thanks it helps, I could not find the one used in the video here in Canada, and yes it was not as thick the one you made. Thanks I would try my hands on this new recipe and see how it goes
Can you make organic or herbal skin care products as chemical products having side effects...please answer it will be useful for me.... Cause i m intrstng to make skin hair body care products but i dont know wich is good like herbal organic or chemical....
Hi! This is very complicated to answer. For some serious skin/scalp issues, “chemical” ingredients may be more effective or “active”. They may work faster. Like, aha or bha. I recommend them for exfoliating the skin/scalp and evening out the skin tone. On the other hand, some “organic” or “natural” ingredients may not work as well, takes longer to be effective, and can cause irritation or allergic reactions. It is very complicated because a lot of the terminology is still being debated. Like whether or not naturally-derived ingredients can be considered “natural”. Sorry I can’t help more. It truly is complicated. I will say, that “synthetic” or “chemical” does not automatically mean “bad”. Some synthetic ingredients can be milder, more stable, more effective, and safer to use. 💜
