This circuit can provide 60V, and 20A DC as maximum INPUT. It is adjustable from 0V to 60V DC. This is a very good Circuit and you can apply a 555 motor speed control circuit and solar charge controller. 👉 ( This circuit out PWM signal ). good luck to you.

1. ne 555 timer ic
2. Irfz44 mosfet
3. 47K potentiometer
4. 1N4007 diode x2

I'll tell you a little secret )), when you connect a motor to this circuit, you definitely need to put a powerful diode parallel to the motor. Because the excitation from the brush assembly of the engine is very powerful. And this tension will kill the mosfet.

И почему ты пишешь на 3:50 минуте, что это устройство может работать на 5-60 DC?? Почему сам попробовал только до 16 DC )) И даже при этом, пошёл дым от микросхемы. Она стала гореть.
Скажу тебе небольшой секрет )), когда к этой схеме подключаешь мотор, то обязательно нужно ставить мощный диод, параллельно мотору. Потому что, возбуждение от щёточного узла двигателя, очень мощное. И это напряжение убьёт мосфет.
