EEL/no alt f4 Ironman full run from stream. This is the new record for a Black Monolith run using the rules below. It is quite beatable! It is only a matter of time until myself or someone else can beat it. Happy hunting.
My Rules
1. EEL/Ironman no savescum/alt f4 of any description, except crash - All DLC up to WoTN
2. Full recordings of play
3. True QoL Mods (Faster with pause, Hooks, Frenzy Red, Combat Log) while playing.
4. Third partying is acceptable, there are drawbacks such as actually getting a third party, EXP loss and loot loss.
5. Use of mods to acquire Day 1 reveal map screenshot using debug mode for optimal planning of camp clears. Seed analyzers can also be used to determine famed items inside camps if you so desire. Finding a good map is just as much part of the challenge (there is no perfect map and seed analyzer scripts are not perfect). If you played a map-seed enough you would learn all these things anyway hence the simplicity. These mods SHOULD BE REMOVED DURING PLAY and can't be used to locate/analyze camp re-spawns after Day 1.
6. Banned mods: Aside from those mentioned above any mod that changes the base mechanics of the game is not allowed.
a. Scoutable locations is banned.
b. Scouting named chance which shows percentage of famed items inside camps and enemy group. It also unintentionally resets the world camp spawns which means if you used this mod you could create two optional camp layouts for one map with two different sets of famed items and thus be abused to create a super seed (confirmed with Abel).
c.This also includes mods that show remaining HP on enemies, this gives you surety on killing enemies (info you shouldn't have).

My exposure to BB came mostly from Filthy's 8 Seasons, but man, this run is Fricking Iconic! Re-watching it already (Quarantine means I have the time). 1:59:00 That drag into the camp for an early weapons cache... so cool :).

So you have raider gear and 12+ guys on day 9. I have 8 shitty guys with 20 armor and no head piece, no money, and almost everyone has an injury on the same day. No idea how are you doing it.

Nice video! Nice stream. The Music is super appropriate, great immersion effect. I don't know how you do this but by the the time the first crisis hits my guys die after first green skin encounter. Orc Warriors wipe my party out. Its so frustrating/disappointing. What level should you be on to defeat them?

Good counter to Orc warriors are having some brothers capable of weilding a 2H Mace/2H hammer and these are something I usually buy. 2-3 of these brothers can help to manage their high armor pool and lower incoming damage as well. Also consider applying goblin poison to your weapons to reduce the number of attacks they can put out.
Having 2 dedicated shield experts with multiple high durability shields and mdef and indom will also help a lot.
@@Wildbison Thank you so much man. This game is crazy. On my previous run, the orcs ruined me and I thought they were the toughest. On my current run, I've survived them only to struggle against the goblins this time. Lol. I think they goblins are waaay worse. But hey the challenge is awesome. the scary thing is I'm only playing veteran.
What really pisses me off is the RNG.

what do you think is the optimal armor for archers and backline nimble bros?
I like using the 105 head armor and 115 chestpiece for 42% nimble. Against goblins ill take the 130 chest peice but with the buffs in blazing deserts I think the lower the percentage of nimble (closer to 40) the better for most situations.

@@gamblesull6284 best way is to clear camps out in the world. The further away from civilization the better the chanceof a famed item. 1-2 star contracts erase famed items from camps but 3 star keeps it.

@@user-sg4ej2hq2z cheers! This was beaten by a Day 42 Lonewolf run. I came back and did a Day 38 run to beat it. Lonewolf guy came back and did Day 36 now im on Blazing Deserts. You can find link to that on battle brothers reddit.

This game is stupid kind of difficult where having knowledge on backgrounds, enemy types and look of armor/weapons is needed to make steady progress. I wish that information could be randomized as well and there was a information gathering/scouting aspect
I played a bit of Pokemon Ironmon Kaizo ruleset which is pretty similar with the randomizer youre probably talking about, not in terms of games.
The game has a steep memory curve, but then you need to apply your randomized brothers to the rules which gives a fair bit of replayability.
The charm of the difficulty is that when you win it means a lot, though I think the early game is a little tough.

I've put this exact map seed but i get deferent map and starting traits all the time sadge i wanna play with those traits so bad
The seeds tend to change on DLC releases so, it may be possible to play with WoTN if blazing deserts isn't active on your game.
Is that Wardruna as a music?
It should be Danheim - Berserkir at a guess. They have some good stuff and are now royalty free
