I agree. The tulips on the cake are very different. And it looks like she used multiple colors on those. I wish she had shown us how to make the ones that match the ones on the cake.
The tulips on the cake look very different from the "tulip" she piped. Hers looks more like a rosebud. Either this isn't an effective tulip technique, or it wasn't executed well.
hi Beth this was so pretty I can't wait to try this out. the next flower I think you should try is an orchid. I love how they look and it comes in so many different colors. thanks!
That was very pretty, and I just got a 123 last week!! Will give these a try, I'll probably try to pipe them right on the cake. Cuz that's how I roll ;D
I would love to see a tutorial on how to make either the Sturt Desert Rose or the Sturt Desert Pea (inland) these are Australian wildflowers, the desert pea is popular around my home and the rose is my territory flower emblem, both very lovely flowers
+chataboutcakes I'm not hating I'm simply stating a fact that is not a tulip and even if it's just a flower they shouldn't advertise it as a tulip if it does not look like one. As a cake baker and decorator clients like accuracy and if a client asked for a tulip and I gave them this they would want their money back.
+chataboutcakes look I didn't say it was horrible I just said it does not look like what they say it is, the cake baking/decorating industry is extremely precise, like art, and sometimes I use RUclips too look for skills I may not know about, that's why I'm slightly disappointed with Wilton's creation. You are probably a big fan of them and that's okay but don't tell me that looks like a tulip because that would be false.
Hi Beth! Nice 3-D tulips!! I've only ever made them flat on my cakes =) I love these flower quick tips and your channel looks amazingly delicious too!!
Fede Gali try stabilising your whipped cream with instant pudding....whip your cream til nearly stiff then add enough pudding to make the cream quite firm ( you can google & get exact quantities). This mix pipes flowers & most of my Russian piping tips well. Hope this helps :)
Jamg4321 Apparently to get you to buy something totally unnecessary. Flower looked nothing like tulip. Being a beginner I am finding Wilson to be about trying to sell you something above anything else. :-(
Hello Lety, good question! Buttercream flowers can be stored in the freezer, but you should use them within a week. This video has more information that might be helpful: ruclips.net/video/32B82tUuAn0/видео.html
Will you Pls Mention the color name in discription box from next video ? And what color you used for this flower And what Kind of green used for leaf ?

I would love to see a tutorial on how to make either the Sturt Desert Rose or the Sturt Desert Pea (inland) these are Australian wildflowers, the desert pea is popular around my home and the rose is my territory flower emblem, both very lovely flowers

Yes, looks like a rosebud.

Is there a basic kit ( of tips) to purchase so I will be able to make the most flowers?
Hi Beth! Nice 3-D tulips!! I've only ever made them flat on my cakes =) I love these flower quick tips and your channel looks amazingly delicious too!!
Loved the tulip but would you do a Poppy?
Well done! Thanks you for this.
I really like the bird of paradise flower, but I also like the bluebell.

There's only one thing better than roses on your piano , and that's tulips on your organ !
Perfeitas...obrigada por ensinar!❤😍
Sunflower!
Great for summer or spring :)
how did u pipe the tulips on the cake? that's the one I want to see
cutflower you can do it the same way or take it off like in the video
Put it in the freezer for 30sec, then use a knife to separate it from the paper and place it on the cake.
Daffodils are my favorite flower! Can you do that next?
Could you guys put in a picture of the icing tip that's being used? like in one corner have a close up of the tip with the number by it
what was the template for
Hi, it would be helpful if you showed up close tip your using. It's all so much fun.
They are beautiful! :)
the one she did doesn't look like the one on the cake !!!! and that's not a tulip sorry 💔
Can I use whipped cream instead of buttercream?
it doesn't hold up as well as buttercream but you could try, you never know it could work
It will melt if you use whipped cream
Use a "stabilized" whipped cream recipe. you can make it work. Just keep it refrigerated.
Fede Gali try stabilising your whipped cream with instant pudding....whip your cream til nearly stiff then add enough pudding to make the cream quite firm ( you can google & get exact quantities). This mix pipes flowers & most of my Russian piping tips well.

hello! could you please tell me what's color is your icing?
so pretty!

Does it matter what type of frosting you use?
We recommend using a stiff consistency buttercream
Never mind. I just reviewed the video and heard you say medium consistency. Thank you. :-)

What is the point of the flower template? I don't understand how you use it. And can you only use them once?
Jamg4321 Apparently to get you to buy something totally unnecessary. Flower looked nothing like tulip. Being a beginner I am finding Wilson to be about trying to sell you something above anything else. :-(
hello what color do you use for the flower? thanks
That looks absolutely nothing like a tulip. Also, very sloppy.
That kinda looks like a rose. No offense but it's definitely not a tulip
Can they be store in the freezer for 2 months ?
Hello Lety, good question! Buttercream flowers can be stored in the freezer, but you should use them within a week. This video has more information that might be helpful: ruclips.net/video/32B82tUuAn0/видео.html

Can you please do gardenias? They are my favorite flower!♡

Please make a tutorial about Hydrangea flowers.
Russian pipping tips do all that in one squeeze. It saves time and you don't need three tips.
Wandaliz Cortes couldn't agree more!
Kind of, but they have less ways to use them than normal tips.
Wandaliz Cortes yeah but those don’t look nearly as pretty and you have to have perfect frosting and constantly refreeze it
Pls, What kind of cream is used?
