This is just my personal experience, but I re-enabled the crosshair offset option when I'm on the move, and I've started to aim well. I felt like I was paying more attention to my movements, so I was more static when I was shooting and I was able to hit my targets more. I think it's a bad idea for someone with a very good level, but for someone with a low average level, it's at least a band-aid to improve and pay attention to your movements

I think the blood splatter helps to define if you've hit someone on the head through a box because the blood splatter jumps up so high so you can see that you've actually hit someone critically.
There's a different sound when you hit a headshot so you can just listen to that. Sometimes you can't see where you are hitting because of the blood spatter especially if you are using a red crosshair.
When I started playing the game, I bound the 3 abilities and ult to 1-2-3-4 as they appear visually on screen. This made learning the controls and new agents much more intuitive, but it's ultimately a little to hard to hit those buttons during a fight so I now use some bizarre arrangement of buttons near WASD.
I change hot keys like for Walk - T for communication radio signs 1 and 2 instead period ; and Z that way i can easily communicate with my team in Valorant we do not use 1,2 or 3 key for weapon swap.. we normally use Mouse wheel rotate. so for those 1,2, you can use communication and 3 for spray instead using T
So the reason I keep dead bodies on is because it actually gives you info. Based on how they fall to the ground, you can tell what direction they were killed from
