IMO, she's nice late game for the team fights, but almost every Chang'e ive ever seen in my Silver league just spams abilities without thought. I would jungle for them in mid, them I'm ganking and ping, and i can see them instantly step up and push the mid back under tower. Also, if i see another Chang'e support, I'm throwing her in the bin with Nu Wa, the bin of "I have the highest number of thing so I'm just better than everyone" bin.
